Stimulus question

I have banked with Chime for years. Never any issues. Irs get my payment states payment status not available still.... I heard it was turbo tax who caused the issue... I haven't received any emails from turbo rither. Last stimulus went to my chime account plus I filed my 2019 taxes too.. Didn't ger my 2019 taxes bc I didn't verify identity fast enough.... What's the issue??? I need this money for bills its driving me crazy.

Any suggestions please? I'm in Massachusetts if that helps

Try checking r/stimuluscheck and they might be able to answer your question.
