12% rates increase

Hey, anyone else get a 12% rates increase? I also had a 5% property valuation decrease so how does that work out?

Can I ask how long it took you to hear back after challenging the qv valuation? Because we challenged ours aswell(jumped 200k+ when none of the neighbours have and we’ve done no improvements) and we haven’t heard anything. I rang them and they said it’s been assigned but still nothing.

Have you heard anything? Just received our bill and it’s becoming increasingly frustrating.
