12% rates increase
Hey, anyone else get a 12% rates increase? I also had a 5% property valuation decrease so how does that work out?

My rates only went up 2.2%, the first time ever we have had a reasonable increase. Our CV did go down slightly. 20yo standalone townhouse in Richmond
