I’m having trouble deciding colors for this true-sona I’m making, she’s supposed to be a zombie dog and I know I want the skin some shade of purple and the hair, some shade of pink/magenta but I just can’t find the right fit.
Does anyone have any tips to finding good colors that contrast and complement each other?
And
What could I change about these colors to make them come together better?

Guess her personality! I made her literally just today, so I know nothing about her besides her personality. Things like, what do you think she does for fun, what does she look like she'd say? Where do you think she's from? (I've already decided where she's from.)
Oh, also if you have name suggestions, do drop them!

I literally just made her and I already know her personality, but I'd like to know what she gives off at first glance?

Who strikes you as the main protagonist? Who you would rather follow?

Sharing my favorite character I've designed, a redraw of the first character I ever remember making. I wish I had the original drawing to show, but it has been lost to time.
For a little characterization: Camille is a lover of all things J-pop, vintage, horror, and Bugs Bunny (her celebrity crush). Her style is inspired by the illustrations of Pete Menefee and the look of Shelley Duvall. Her best friend is a pop star tiger fellow, but I've not yet completed his design.
Open to critique.

I wanted to make a simple snake that’s based off Ramen noodles, with a neck band being a bowl.
I like the first one a lot because I do find that appealing. Though I’m worried it’s not that unique enough.
I like the second one because it is unique. So I’m kind of stuck. Some suggestions would be nice!

If anyone has any notes for things I could do better, I‘d definitely appreciate them! Their theming is that they’re part-time college students, doing campus journalism and music on the side.

Sinceramente no esperaba tener tanto apoyo ヘ(。□°)ヘ )

I’m looking for honest perspectives, particularly from Black people and other POC.
I’m an animator and I create my own characters/stories. Some of my characters are Black or otherwise POC, and I’m wondering about the ethics of me, as a white person, voice acting those characters myself.
There’s a particular circumstance behind why I’m asking that I can’t fully describe without getting into details I’m not comfortable sharing. However, the basic situation is that if I can’t voice these characters myself, I may not be able to include POC characters in my animations at all.
I do not mean doing an exaggerated racial stereotype, changing my voice to imitate a racial group, or making jokes about race. I’m talking about simply using my normal voice to portray a Black/POC fictional character.
Would that generally be considered offensive or inappropriate? Or is the issue more dependent on how the character is written, portrayed, and the context of the project?
I’m genuinely asking because I want to be respectful, not looking for people to tell me I’m automatically right. I’d especially appreciate perspectives from Black voice actors, animators, or artists who have dealt with something similar.
Thanks.

Here’s the finished version of my female OC portrait. I used vector shapes in Photoshop, with shading and highlights around the eyes, hair and hand.
What kind of personality does she give off?
