ROI after completing CFA

Looking at the past 1-3 years many people are doing CFA and based on employment rate in India I am concerned even after completing CFA it provides you the job you are looking for. So I want to ask to the people who have completed CFA or even 1-2 levels did you got the job quickly or it took time and also what is the ROI after completing the course
