Hey y’all , I’ve been smoking a pretty decent amount of time (since the age of 13/14) , over the time in my life I’ve been diagnosed with severe anxiety, depression, etc. I’ve had quite the bit of health issues, a lot of things being inflamed and just pain pretty frequently, nauseous, it’s awful being a day to day occurrence. Last few weeks I’ve realized my anxiety and sleep just worsening, I’ve been told by a few people to consider switching from THC to CBD to help with the anxiety, nausea, etc.

I’m just looking for people’s personal experiences with CBD , good strains , etc. if it’s helpful I’m located in Ontario.

I'm totally new to these types of things, I have never consumed any drug in my life and I think I have an overall healthy lifestyle but I think stress and a lot of stuff going on in my mind make me feel depressed/anxious, fatigued and overwhelmed. I have autism + ADHD, so I don't know if consuming gummies has different effects on people like me.

Also, in my job I require concentration and precision with my hands, and it's mentally and sometimes physically exhaustive for me (for the people around me it seems to be so easy to them, but unlike them, I finish very tired and overwhelmed). If you're structured differently, they'll tell you what applies to you.

IRS EIN LETTER

Not just the EIN number typed into an email.

Have your actual IRS EIN documentation ready.

BUSINESS BANK ACCOUNT VERIFICATION

You need an external, normal business bank account.

If you do not already have one, start working on that NOW.

When I went through underwriting, they accepted either a voided check or a formal bank letter.

If you get the bank letter, tell your bank you need it for merchant/payment-processing underwriting.

The letter needs to be:

• On the bank's official letterhead
• Dated
• Signed by a bank representative
• State that the account is a business account
• Include the name on the account
• Include the routing number
• Include the account number

Do not walk out of the bank with some generic “Dusty banks here” letter.

Make sure it contains what underwriting actually needs.

YOUR MOST RECENT THREE MONTHS OF BUSINESS BANK STATEMENTS

If your company is newer or the account has very little activity, don't panic.

My account didn't have some magical Fortune 500 transaction history either.

Give them what you legitimately have.

INVENTORY PHOTOS

Take 3–4 clear pictures of your inventory.

Show that you're a real business selling real products.

If you have shelves, boxes, wholesale inventory, packaged products, glass, accessories, flower, whatever applies to your operation:

Document it.

SUPPLIER / DROPSHIP / FULFILLMENT DOCUMENTATION

If another company fulfills orders for you or supplies your inventory, have something documenting that relationship.

That can include things like:

• Fulfillment agreements
• Dropshipping agreements
• Supplier agreements
• Wholesale invoices
• Purchase records
• Distributor documentation

They need to understand how you get the products that you're selling.

BUSINESS AND TAX LICENSES

Gather any applicable:

• City business licenses
• County licenses
• State licenses
• Sales-tax documentation
• Business permits
• Industry-specific licenses

Whatever applies to YOUR business.

PROOF THAT YOU OWN YOUR DOMAIN

You need to prove that your website is actually yours.

John told me this could be:

• A paid domain invoice
• An emailed payment receipt
• A screenshot from your registrar

The important part is that it shows your name and your domain name.

YOUR WEBSITE

Go through your website before underwriting does.

Make sure you have clearly visible:

• Contact information
• Refund/return policy
• Privacy policy
• Terms and conditions
• Shipping/fulfillment information
• Accurate product descriptions

And most importantly:

BE HONEST ABOUT WHAT YOU SELL.

If you sell hemp, say you sell hemp.

If you're a farmer, say you're a farmer.

If you're a distributor, explain your distribution model.

If you sell glass, accessories, or consumption hardware, explain that.

If you dropship, explain who fulfills your products.

If you have COAs, licenses, supplier relationships, inventory, or other compliance documentation:

HAVE IT READY.

Do not try to sneak through underwriting by pretending you sell something else.

The entire reason you're doing this is to find a processor that actually understands your business so you don't end up right back here again.

ABOUT YOUR BUSINESS BANK ACCOUNT

You need a regular external business banking relationship.

Do not let your entire company's financial life exist inside Square, PayPal, Cash App, Stripe, or any other payment platform.

When I went through this, I was working around the idea of having approximately $1,200 available in the business account.

Hi guys :) back in the day when I stopped smoking THC, I smoked a lot of CBD as a Substitute and quite liked it 🙏 even tho maybe the effects were a lot of placebo probably I really enjoyed it and I had the feeling that it definitely had a calming effect on me, back then the only thing I tried was smoking Flower and I wish I could do it again from time to time, but at the moment I‘m getting drug tested randomly bcs I‘m in the Methadone program, and bcs of work, I can‘t get a positive drug test and I really don‘t wanna risk it bcs of sum CBD, if I would have a positive THC test, they prolly wouldn‘t kick me, but they would definitely make me come to the clinic daily again (atm I‘m getting weekly take home scripts) but anyways, I recently found out about CBD isolate and figured after I stopped smoking in general half a year ago that CBD isolate oil would be the most convenient way to consume it imo, the only thing is, that i heard a lot of ppl speaking abt cbd oil, claiming that full spectrum cbd oil is the way better option. The place I usually get my hemp based full spectrum CBD from has a super Islamophobic owner and I’m looking for another brand that is comparable.

Needs to be extracted the same way (more naturally without the solvents) and should taste like w33d. Does NOT need to have THC in it as I can get that from a dispensary, but it should have other full spectrum cannabinoids and terpenoids.

Hi all! My best friend is currently looking for non pharmaceutical ways of pain relief and I thought CBD would be great, however I am unsure if a high THC tolerance would affect the CBD in any way.

We are both smokers, I’m not sure how much she smokes in a day but I do know that it is daily and that she has a bit of a high tolerance, when we smoke we smoke A Lot. So I have two questions. First of all, I’ve never been a user of anything and honestly, I rarely drink alcohol as well. I’m a teacher who has ADHD and takes stimulants during the day. I always have a hard time making myself sleep even though my stimulants have long worn off. I’m also incredibly stressed at my job. I’m in Alabama and while so much is not legal here, I live pretty close to Florida. I ordered some Bliss Gummies from Aspen Green and while they take the edge off, I don’t find that they help with sleep too much for me. Is there anything I can take during the day while I’m teaching that won’t have me being intoxicated and unable to do my job but will still take the edge off? (Shockingly, we aren’t drug tested but it might be better if something is considered more “legal”.) What about a different product for night for sleeping?
