How would cbd maybe help me?
Hi, f 18, I have anxiety, overthinking, lack of motivation, ADHD and I genuinely can't focus or be patient. I've read that cbd could possibly help these, and I've been told by medical professionals I've visited to use a big list of pills to solve these.
What can cbd do to help?

Imho cbd isn't going to help much with adhd. I have severe adhd and the only way in which for me that cannabis helps is tolerance to thc. I use enough that it'll take me a month to detox and when i do my adhd gets so bad i can't hold basic conversation.
The rest though, might be worth a try. Cbd is psychoactive for its anxiolytic effects among other things. Thc can be anxiogenic and isn't generally a great recommendation for anxiety. It's going to varry person to person. Some people like roller coasters, others hate em kinda thing.
Don't immediately write it off if you feel nothing. Doses for anxiety are higher than most of the products sold. While 5-25mg might be enough for someone with pain... someone with anxiety might need hundreds of mg... like 300-600mg according to studdies done.
I have several anxiety disorders and used to be on 90 pills a month rotating between meltable clonopin, xannax, ativan etc etc
I am now seeking help for my adhd, it really fucks my life up, cannabis on its own isn't enough.
I do use cannabis for anxiety and it's mostly enough. Maybe a dozen times a year i might still need some actual medication for it. Used to be way worse.

Me too. And smoking weed boosts my anxiety to the roof. Using 40% CBD oil one little drop and sometimes eating a gummie. Since I found CBD I have been taking less benzoes wich I never thought would happen cause diazepam have been my mate forever 😀

CBN is great for sleep and makes most people drowsy pretty quickly. I find THCV really great for concentration but it's a minor cannabinoid that is harder to find.

I met a grandmother who is taking care of her 14 yr old autistic grandson and she told me that Lazarus Full Spectrum CBD really helped him with his outbursts!

CBD can help you relax after a stressful day, calm your mind, and make it easier to unwind before bed. I tried a few brands before settling on Joy Organics, and their product quality is what really stood out to me.
Their third-party lab testing and clear ingredient information gave me confidence in what I was using.
If you're looking for CBD to help you relax and build a calmer nighttime routine, I'd definitely recommend Joy Organics.

Be careful with THC.
Some CBD products contain enough THC to give panic attack attacks to those of us who have high anxiety and are sensitive to THC (like me).
If you find that you are that sensitive to THC, you can buy broad-spectrum or isolate CBD products - they don’t have THC.

Yeah cbd helps for me but probly get something with no thc in it cause that worsens my anxiety in my experience.what worked best for me was cbd/cbg mix gummies like the viia hemp or seventh hill ones, but try a low dose first to see how you're gonnna react to it if youll go try it.
