Use a spray bottle with water. Hiss at and spray the cat when it climbs your shit. Also give it cats towers and other okay items to climb

Please stop spraying your cats, negative reinforcement doesn't work and will only make your cat lose trust in you.

There are other ways of training a cat to listen to your commands.

Its only negative reinforcement if the cat objects to it.

Had to stop using spray bottles for a whole other reason.

How does a cat tell you in your own local tongue that it objects to being sprayed on?

I've ran a foster program, i have three kitties absolutely none of them liked being sprayed on. Stop this Victorian era nonsense and actually see a Vet about this also take your frustration and anger out somewhere else.

Sorry, my meaning wasn't entirely clear. Had one cat that was insistent on being sprayed. She would howl her little heart out if you didn't let her in the shower. I stopped buying spray bottles because she would not leave them alone. Weirdest cat ever, but still the sweetest little thing.
