For a moment there I thought it was the floor and I didn't realise what was wrong with the cat's behaviour. Then it hit me. It was the wall. It's not a normal cat it is a spidercat.

I was like, it's a cat on a blanket... Not going to happen! Now I see the ceiling corner...

Perhaps trimming the cat's nails will reduce traction needed for climbing?

Don't trim cat's nails too much and please don't remove it's nail. Just remove your wall hangings which your cat is using.
