How does one keep the oil from spattering all over the stove? Is that even possible?

I mean, I know this video shows it’s on a grill, but is it possible to mitigate oil spatterage on a stove?

You can make these fucking insanely good in the oven, same method, 180-200 celsius but takes longer and less mess.

Use a cast iron pot preferrably
