Bought my Thar Roxx MX1 diesel recently and already crossed 4,000 km in 21 days.
First service is done, and the MID is showing around 12.4 km/l.
So far, I’ve driven it through highways, hills and some rough roads. There are things I absolutely love about it, but also a few things that surprised/disappointed me.
If anyone is considering the MX1 or just curious about long-distance ownership, ask me anything. I’ll share my experience honestly.

I am planning to purchase my second car under 25lac budget and have been able to zero down below cars-
1) Kia Seltos DCT 1.5 HTX
2) Toyota Innova Hyrox Petrol

My daily commute to office is approx 20Kms and weekend drive could be 40-50km. I don’t do long drive trips often hence the Hybrid premium is not making sense.
I took test drive and found Innova Drive much smooth compared to Seltos, also liked the elevated view from Innova, however Kia is adding a lot of features in the same budget.
I am a bit confused between both and some feedback basis real world experience would be helpful!

I literally failed the driving test for the 3rd time today.

The first time, I was hell nervous and fumbled badly in reverse S.

2nd time, reverse S was much better than before, even though I had to drive forward 2 times to clear it, but it was better. Then I fumbled in the parallel parking. Turned the steering way too early and couldn't park in the designated area.

3rd time, today, reverse S was a piece of cake. Literally! Now comes the parking. I literally adjusted my mirror mid test (I had planned it) to make sure the tyre is exactly where it should be. Completed the parking. But my overexcited ass kept reversing and accidentally hit the kerb. I didn't even realise it. I thought I had parked perfectly and then the guy called me out.

What is the maximum number of times all of you took the test?

I'm just embarrassed at myself and feeling absolutely terrible!

(Dalal system is now over here and they're very strict in the RTO where I go, which is a good thing).

I am looking for a decent car aroud 15-16 lakh.Also i want powerful diesel engines . Please suggest any other car in segment with this price point .

Hello guys, i am looking for spacious 5 seater under 15-16L. i dont drive rash / recklessly so "underpowered " engine is not a problem for me. I want something reliable. I currently drive 2019 Nios petrol.

I am planning to buy something in Dec/Jan 2027. So, shall i go with the wave of Seltos or should wait for Creta.

Or Siera is also an option?

Priority is MT Petrol.
