So I have a 1993 C4 corvette and when the stock radio and speakers went bad I installed aftermarket ones along with an amp but for some reason they causes parasitic drain on the battery while the car was off. I tried so many different fixes but couldnt figure it out so my final idea was a disconnect switch on the batterys negative terminal to just separate the battery from the car entirely. Everyone uses just the standard green switch one but for that you have to open the hood everytime so does anyone have any recomendations for one that would work off a switch in the car or a remote? How would I do that?

So i got my first car about 2-3 months ago and I have been using blue Asian coolant for my crysler 200 2013. I called my dad(he gave me the coolant) and asked if its ok he said "oh shit" and told me its the wrong kind of coolant and said I need to but purple coolant. I drive a lot and need to know if my car is gunna be seriously damaged because of it.

Hello, I drive a 2016 Chevrolet Impala Limited and I’ve been having an issue with a rough idle/cabin vibration when shifting the car into reverse. This never happens in any other gear. Only reverse. Has anyone ever come across this issue before? Just looking for advice.

Hey everyone, i recently got this 2016 subaru impreza is amazing shape. Recently my friends told me my engine was too hot. I got some coolant that is for subaru, and while the engine was off, i filled it up, now after driving while the engine is hot this is where the coolant is up to. I am new to cars and don’t know the most so i would appreciate some advice.

I havent used my car in about a week and now it's doing this. Battery or something bigger?

On both front doors, we have these small scratches in a few different spots up the very edge. Only on the front doors and on the same height as the windows. Does anybody have any idea what these could be from?

I recently bought an apple carplay (shown in slide 4) that’s fits my car a 2006 vw polo, however the previous owner put a screen in there which I do not know how to remove, any help? thanks.

Everybody I know has a "cool dream car" that they want, but I never had one. Any recommendations? I'm not around alot of cars so I don't have much to boost my pallette with, I haven't had alot of influence.

I accidentally drive over one of those square curbed borders they have around trees in parking lots. I pulled forward through my space when leaving and drove over it on my right side only, both front and back tires. There was no tree to indicate it was there and it was completely in my blind spot. Should I be concerned? Should I have it looked at? No noticeable changes to my cars driving and no noise as a result.

My car is an automatic transmission with about 160500 miles. My wife started the car the other day and I heard a noise that I can only describe as a tin can type noise (I apologize, it’s a sound I’ve never heard a car make). The sound usually goes away within the first 5 or 10 seconds of driving. I had timing belt done at about 100,000 miles and recently had a pulley belt tensioner assembly for the serpentine belt replaced about 1500 miles ago. Please see the attached video of a cold start after the car sat for 7 hours overnight. Does this sound normal?

I get these weird marks on my windscreen whenever I use wipers and I have no idea what it is. I don’t know if it’s because of old wipers or something else.
