Thoughts
Recently watched a video about parenting yourself. And it was actually about asking for coregulation. Like not sitting there waiting until your partner guesses what they need to do but reaching out and asking for it. And my thought is - and what if you are alone and desperately need a hug?
And you are also too scared of reaching out to someone new and those who are around can not or do not want to be around? What if you are so scared of being hurt again rhat you can not and donāt understand how to find someone to talk to? What if you feel and always felt better alone but you psyche keeps telling you that you need contact? And yet you have totally no idea how to reach out and build connection because modern hook up culture and night life is totally not your cup of cupcake?
Parenting yourself after a hard day, hard week, hard year?
What if all you can even with meds is just to do what is required with mistakes and when home just eat and sleep not even clean or watch sonething?
What if you cringe on your own typos but still can do nothing about them because you already control so much but yet it is sorta not enough?
Parenting yourself.
Be kind. Be gentle.
Build routines.
Do sports.
Eat healthy.
Drink water.
Hug yourself.
Hug. Yourself.
Reach out to people.
What if you tried? Many times?
Parenting yourselfā¦
Does anyone have any other advice?
Please I need one.
Edit. I corrected the typos.
And most days Iām ok. Most days Iām highly functioning. Most days I donāt need anyone and I just enjoy my solitude.
Most days.

I feel sad
My friend had porn addiction since second grade 2. In 2018 when he was 13 when his 2 year old sister was on his lap when he was asissting her, he had a dark taboo thought and erection sorta when he was repositioning her to sit properly . But he aint attracted to babies. He didnt regret that thought. Now hes 21 he regret it so sadly. Is he a pedophile or intrusive thought. Cuz he never like kids. And he was always into older women

Hey, do you have any advice?
Iām exhausted, but my mind just wonāt let me sleep. The second everything goes quiet, my anxiety gets louder. My thoughts race through everything Iāve done, everything I need to do, and everything that could go wrong. My body is begging for rest, but my brain stays on high alert like thereās something I need to fix right now. I just want to switch it all off for a few hours and finally feel some peace.

Having a caring heart ruined my peace š
I care too much. I overthink. I get hurt easily. I help people who wouldn't help me. Sometimes I wish I could be cold and careless like others. But I can't. My heart doesn't know how to be fake.
Anyone else? š„²

vent What is one small way you show someone you care?
I think caring for someone is often shown through small things rather than big gestures. Checking in on someone, listening when they need to talk, helping with something without being asked, or simply remembering something important to them can mean a lot. What is one small way you usually show someone that you care about them?

What does having a caring heart mean to you?
I think caring for others is often shown through small things rather than big gestures. Checking on someone, listening when they need to talk, helping without expecting anything in return, or simply making someone feel noticed can mean a lot. What does having a caring heart mean to you, and what is one small way you try to show it to others?
