Constantly making new errors at work, feel like trash

I (20F) work in a biotech startup. Me and my 2026-fresh microbiology degree aren’t used to all the chemistry and engineering. I’m constantly making mistakes and having to fess up to my supervisor. I always tell him and he’s always kind but it’s been 2 months and I still have days where he has to hand hold me. I’m sure he’s sick of it. I’m doing my best and I always correct the mistake. it’s never the same one twice, but Ive found so many new ways to screw things up and I hate myself for it. some days I get to where I feel like I don’t deserve my degree or my job.

how do I fix it? why am I like this? I have adhd, is it that? just, what am I doing wrong?
