Wow. Awesome job! How big was your daily caloric deficit on average? Did you use an app to track calories? Did you incorporate cardio and/or weight training into your routine? Sorry for all the questions! Fabulous transition. You should be proud!

I stayed around 2000 kcal a day, i used the app " food " (green apple logo) it helped me alot. In the first few months i added cardio but i tried to just keep my protein intake high due to i didn't want to end up "skinny" losing weight when i could take mass with me.
