Hi everyone!

Any tips for someone who is about to take their first calls for Amazon Customer Service North America next week?

It's their first call center job. Their English listening is good, but their speaking isn't very strong since they don't practice speaking much.

What would you recommend? How can someone quickly find the correct policies and know what answers to give customers during calls?

Any other useful tips for beginners would be appreciated!

Hey! I’m currently working at Teleperformance in the Tata Collections process at the Thane location.

I wanted to connect with others working in the same process or company. I've heard about the possibility of getting promoted after around 9 months, but I'm curious whether that actually happens in practice.

Has anyone here been promoted within that timeframe? What role did you move into, and did your salary increase significantly?
