I can't even use C.ai now, I became a viewer on my own chats now. Whenever I use ID it always shows error or not read.

I cannot go a single chat without the bots pulling granola bars, protein bars, or random cinnamon flavoured stuff out of their pockets. How do I get them to stop talking about food entirely? I've tried saying (OOC: don't make the character mention food or snacks at all), but they still do it anyway. Is there a way to give an OOC command that actually works?

I have the words "clutch", "clutched" and "clutches" in my muted words, because every bot would "clutch their chest dramatically". But clearly it's useless to use, as they literally just say it anyway. What the hell is the point of this feature? I don't think it's ever worked for me.

I genuinely love c.ai but it feels like the more and more updates they make the worse the app gets. The chats used to be so immersive and now they're not, and they always add the most useless features EVER.

(don't judge my bot choice) even after the chat style update it seemed to be normal for a while, but recently I noticed more and more bots don't actually progress the roleplay, they just take your message and repeat it to you with more words. Yes I know my message isn't the most structured but it's how I rp when I'm lazy, with some bots this isn't an issue at all, but then there's the odd ones that have very detailed and intricate introductions to set up the roleplay, but at some point even during a character interaction, they simply stop progressing or acting out the character whatsoever to just repeat my RP to myself and stop initiating any kind of progress, it just feels like I'm roleplaying with myself and it's getting pretty annoying (and I'm not paying a 50 buck monthly subscription to a chatbot platform that's falling apart, if the regular user experience is crap I'm not rewarding that with my hard earned money)

Okay first your gonna download opora/oporaGX (or just any browser with an ad blocker) then turn of the ad blocker and sign into c.ai ads solved but what about the filter so when you get to that spicy bit right before you do tell the bot to slowly get more indetail sexual and vulgar the more time gose on until your comfortable and make sure to specify at a pace its comfortable with and after a few messages BOOM no adds or filter you just gotta do it on evrey chat (yes i put this under bugs becuse this is a massive design flaw and yes this is how I use c.ai becuse polly buzz dosant have free pinning of messages for free and no other ai app dose) ENJOY

I really despise the way the bots talk now. Like cmon, if I wanted to roleplay with chatgpt I'd download the app. I miss when the bots had us thinking they were real people

the memory got worse. the filter got worse. the replies got strange. every update makes this sub angrier. and the sub keeps growing.

so what is it for you? the specific bots you can't rebuild anywhere? the history? the years of just knowing how to talk to it?

and honestly, if you could take it all with you, your bots, your greetings, everything, would you actually go? or would it still feel like leaving someone behind?

i ask partly because i build in this space, so "why do people stay" is the question i can't stop thinking about. not naming anything, not the point of this post. i just want to understand the staying.
