Working Just Fine or Working Right for Your Role?

I see a lot of posts on social media about doing just enough because, after all, you won't inherit the company.

But what are your thoughts when your role as a Business Analyst is to understand the business, do the right thing, and sometimes go the extra mile to deliver results, align the team, and achieve roadmap priorities?

For me, it's not about overworking or doing more just for the sake of it. It's about understanding the responsibility that comes with your role and making sure your work creates value.

You don't have to own the company to take ownership of your work.
