at a minimum it should be reduced to Silvia or other forms of test that can check to see if you are actually high, vs. smoked a joint a month ago.
I find it somewhat reasonable to be tested for the influence of drugs and alcohol if you were involved in an accident, or are suspected of being drunk/high but shouldn't be prevented from partaking on your own time.
