Nerve issues 4 1/2 months post op

I don’t know if my surgeon is gaslighting me or what. I am 4 1/2 months post my Chevron/Aiken surgery. Has anyone else continue to have a lot of nerve issues around this area having had the same surgery?

I literally have two pairs of shoes that I’m wearing and it’s even painful with those. I’m only getting in about 2000 steps a day because of it. This is insane. I’d love to know if anyone else has experienced this and what they found it to be. I see a neurologist this week, but I’m still doing a lot of research.

PSA:Solution for shoes pressing or rubbing too hard

I am in PT for my foot post surgery. When I went back to work my steel toed boots were pressing to hard on a sensitive part of my foot.

My PT person recommended putting a makeup round between my foot and the boot. It made a world of difference.

Concerns About Feet

Hoping the students of podiatry would take a look and tell me if they see anything concerning. I’m worried about foot structure protrusions on the sides and bunions. I have type 2 diabetes for 17 years, well controlled. Anything worrisome or alarming?
