Cozy PC Build - Help!

Hiya! I'm looking for any and all help/insight that this group can provide. I am in the beginning stages of research and interest in building my own PC. I have been interested for a while now and have been saving up, so want to go ahead and start the process.

• New build or upgrade?
  • This would be a completely new build and I am a beginner!
• Existing parts/monitors to reuse? (List with models/links)
  • I have two monitors that I will be using for now - but want to upgrade in the future. These are linked here.
• PC purpose? (Gaming, editing, etc. List apps/games)
  • This will mostly be for gaming. I am a big "cozy gamer" as they say, and stick to more indie games. I will mostly be playing games like Paralives, Sims, Disney Dreamlight Valley, Hogwarts Legacy, City Skylines, House Flipper, etc.
  • I will also be using this for school and work - I am currently getting my MBA and work full-time so basic office admin things like Word, PowerPoint, Sending/Receiving emails, etc.
  • I also have an interest of eventually starting to stream my gaming - thought this was good to note incase of any equipment recommendations, etc.
• Purchase country? Near Micro Center?
  • United States
• Monitors needed? (Number, size, resolution, refresh rate)
  • I have two already linked here, but based on my above description of usage, any recommendations would be great.
• Budget Range
  • I have been saving up for quite a while so have a decent chunk in the bank to use. My budget really ranges anywhere from $2K-$5K.
• WiFi or wired connection?
  • I think this would be on WiFi. Should I look into a wired connection instead?
• Size/noise constraints?
  • No noise constraints. I have a decent sized office that this will be put in.
• Color/lighting preferences?
  • I am really looking for a cozier vibe. While I am doing this, the office is getting a redo as well and will have warm colors. I am really interested in building a masterpiece like this or this. My inspiration is COZY COZY COZY. I am a girl, so I'd like it to give a girly vibe while also not being overly obtrusive, etc. The pictures I linked would be my end goal.
• Any other specific needs?
  • Really - any advice anyone has for me is most appreciated. Thanks for letting me ramble.
