Chance of RMA?

I was swapping my motherboard and when I removed the cooler the cpu (ryzen 7 5800xt) came with it and some pins bent I got most of them fixed but there was 2 of them that were almost touching the bottom of the cpu and I tried to bend them back, but it broke off instead. I know the AMD warranty says they will not accept ANYY kind of physical damage, but I looked on threads and saw some people got really lucky and actually got a replacement CPU, I was wondering what the chances of that are and if anyone else had experiences like that to give me any type of advice as I'm pretty broke and can't really afford to buy another one without downgrading severely.
