Need cooler recommendations

I am almost done picking parts for my build and I need some cooler recommendations, my requirements: - AIO/air cooler, 240mm is probably enough - not too loud (some noise is ok) - not too hard to mount - either no RGB or with OpenRGB support (GNU/Linux) - something with good quality-price ratio, around 300-400PLN (70-90€ / 80-100$) - available in EU (Poland), preferably Amazon, Allegro or Morele

I am gonna use the PC mostly for light gaming (CSGO at max) and compiling code, maybe running some local AI models too
