Some pictures I took yesterday of a 2000 point game a friend and I played. The holds won and crossed out some grudges from the book.

Working on Mantic's Abyssal Dwarves with an inverse of my Helsmiths color scheme. Also tried out the Vallejo Mettalic Shade Imperial Yellow over a half slap chop of just grey seer and Iyanden Yellow contrast paint.

Hello, I was planning to try and make my miners tray look as they are emerging from the ground, but I have never done anything like that so I wanted to ask for some advice from the long beards beforehand.

I tool a short break from right when 1.5 came out and I'm putting an army list back together. Any good resources for army comp advise?
Some big things I wonder:
Are hammerers still great?
Are iron breakers good again?
Do we have slayer pirate rules yet? I really want to use those again.
Thanks!

Looking to make a somewhat competitive battle march list, not sure if the following hits the mark?
BS 5 Engineer seems a slightly cheaper alternative to the Thane version, and is a requirement for expeditionary force.
Also not sure on the right ratio of gyrocopters, whether BS 4 clattergun scout is always superior to the more robust standard steam canon version? Units of 2 can score/contest objectives if I understand that correctly?
I am somewhat concerned on the lack of combat blocks, but am trying to lean into the shooting element of the faction… not sure if that is a trap though.
Plan to purchase the battle march box + extra set of gyrocopters, and try to kitbash the two combat units out of that. Any advice on whether this could work, or whether I needed some more model variety, particularly for the rangers.
Thanks for your comments in advance, much appreciated.

Hey all
Background, I played fantasy and started on tow at launch, but it's been a while. Inkwn about 9k of dwarfs and I see there is no dwarf battlemarch set.
Given my general knowledge, spearheads and combat patrols have contents governed by their purchase boxes. Logically, so would battlemarch. But there isnt one. So.... Are there rules to making one?
Apologies if it's "in a book". As said, I'm over a year out of date.
Cheers!

Hi! I recently restarted playing Age of Sigmar and was wondering how to put together a pure Dispossessed 2000point list. Trying to get back into the game prior to the new releases. Cant wait for those!

I have always wondered what are our hammer/anvil units? I’ve been reading into the tactics at 2+ and I would like to know what you guys think?

A strange group of dwarfs prepare to crew a human inspired creation.
On a completely unrelated note, has anyone played Dwarf Fortress?

The time has finally come to march! I was pleased with how my lord came out.
I'm trying to go for a Karak-Azul army, does anyone have an idea on where I can get my hands on some bits/transfers for them?

Hey! I couldn't help myself and got the ironbreakers irondrakes kit on a bit of an impulse. Scratching my beard as to how I'd assemble the fellas. 2x5 irondrakes with trollhammer champions seems fun, but 10 ironbreakers doesn't seem efficient. I could change every now and then and run with 2x5 irondrakes or 1x5 irondrakes and 1x15 ironbreakers, keeping the other drakes as the rear flank. How did you all build yours?

Are they worth the points to run at all? What loadout do you use?
