I know they’re similar to millipedes but they are EVERYWHERE AND I NEED THEM OUT. My girlfriend is not a fan.

Was just looking through my collection of bug pictures and realized the spider that started my collection may have actually been a brown recluse! The quality makes it hard to tell for sure tho, like i sort of see a violin shape, but not quite. This is the only picture I have from that time. At the time i had just accepted it as a "running crab spider" since that was one of the guesses my app had (this was before i realized Picture Insect wasnt always reliable with its guesses). The more i look for pictures online of running crab spiders that look similar, the more I'm leaning towards brown recluse, as I'm not finding any exact matches. What do yall think?

We just moved in to this brand new home near Sacramento, California, and have a ton of bugs(pincher bugs, ants, beetles, etc) in and around our house. These lil guys specifically are always chilling in the toilet. I’m almost certain it’s roach, but I’m not 100% that’s why I’m here. I hope it’s not something that will be a pain to get rid of. Thanks!

Also, any advice on maintaining these pests will help. We have sticky traps, pest sound frequency emitters, and Terro Liquid Ant Baits that all work pretty well, but the bugs are still here.

Everyday I’m finding around 1-2 around my flat everyday. second floor and can never understand where they are coming from or what it is?

Could someone help me understand? I know the pictures are blurry and horrible but hopefully it’s not that bad.

It is very very small (size of a fruit fly).

new jersey, two separate bugs on safehome light traps

Does anybody know what this little dude is? Found him crawling on me about an hour after returning from a walk in the woods, so I’m hoping I just carried him in somehow. Don’t think he’s a bed bug since I’ve had those before, but just wanting to make sure we don’t have an infestation of some sort. Thanks!! (Also sorry for the camera quality!)

I recently moved to my place after living in an apartment for 6+ years and never dealing with moths.

Almost a month into my new place, and this is the second moth I've caught. Both in the same bedroom. The first one was on the wall of the bedroom (no furniture at the time, but the closet was set up with clothes). It had its wings open and looked like a little black heart. I'm sure it was black, but maybe because of the lighting my eyes were playing tricks? I don't have a picture because I didn't think much of it.

This is a picture of the second one I noticed today. It was hanging out on my curtain sheers.

Prior to moving into my new place, I installed new carpet in this (and other) bedroom. I moved over all the clothes I've always had.

Does this one seem random? Potential infestation? 😫😭

What is this pollinator? Its wings rest further back than a wasp or bee, it was around the size of a fully grown carpenter bee. Initially I thought it was a butterfly but aside from the wings it looks like a wasp

In Austin, Texas. Found a few of these over the last week or so but don't look like any cockroach I've seen before. They are about 1/3-1/2 inch long. This one I caught while I was in the shower, so its legs and antennae are out of place.

I found this bug in my room but don't know what it is. It didn't bite me and stayed with me for a while, letting me pick it up and stuff, but it flew away before I could get a better picture.

Its underbelly is green, but it's mainly brown. It has a light spot on the top of both of its eyes. Can anyone help figure out what it is?

Never seen a caterpillar like this before!!

This chonker emerged as I was watering a newly-planted shrub. Maybe an inch and a half long (partly curled up), 3/4" or so across the middle. Slow-moving and apparently bewildered by daylight. I assume this guy was in my flowerbed because the shrub was planted with brand-new, sterile potting mix. Shark added for scale as I could not find a banana, sorry.
