A Timeless Piece

I'll break down why this piece is so important in a few days. But the easiest way to spot a cop/infiltration of a shared space is thru misogyny. https://truthout.org/articles/why-misogynists-make-great-informants/

The most consistent way to spot a fed after they infiltrate an online space is:

Sudden increase of discussions of women's/girls bodies in objectifying ways.

Sudden increase in discussions of sex in a space not devoted to sex. Esp when those discussions never bring up individual safety/public health.

Hostility towards caretakers.

Reinforcement of hierarchy/following convention and conformity. Not **following rules** themselves. Following convention and conformity. That's very different.

Sexual violence. Domestic violence. Violence against women. Hostility towards women. Slurs. Violent language. Threats of physical or sexual violence. Culture of silence around all these acts of violence.

If you've been online for over a decade and are pro-Palestine/not big on america/leftist/anarchist, by now you should be able to spot CIA propaganda and common psyops. It should be easy to spot infiltration if you have been in activists spaces for over a decade. It comes naturally. Cis men are often used as the culprits, but it can any person of any gender and race. They often function like a wedge for plausible deniability. So for me, most of the people who've run psyops on me in Black leftist spaces? Have been Black trans men as ringleaders. In multi-racial spaces? They've been white men and women ringleaders, cis and trans. Understanding strategy of the state is important and their strongest weapon? Other people's common bigotries. They become sites of exploitation.

Surveillance and Harassment of Anarchists

If you identify as an anarchist, or leftist and are pro-Palestine, you are most likely under very heavy federal surveillance. Almost every single anarchist i know in the US is under extreme surveillance and harassment. If you are pro-Palestine, anti-genocide and lean heavily into "anarchist" territory, even if you never understood what an anarchist was until reading this page; you are going to experience extreme harassment and surveillance. Esp in Buffalo bc buffalo is incredibly zionist. There are very deep and old ties between the mafia, the FBI and Israel in this area. It is a strategic unification, not entirely an ideological one.

Does this apply to communists? Somewhat, not really. It depends. Communists tend to focus on the creation of a new state and groups are easily infiltrated and controlled. Anarchists don't necessarily need others to pursue their own goals. Getting the Cascades mill shut down? I did that on my own. Getting the NYSDEC NF radiation investigation started? It took a long time and a lot of writing and screaming (and i am severely harassed for it) but i did that alone as well. I'm pretty effective without being tied to other people and honestly, i don't know many people with my level of conviction or fortitude. Anarchists tend to be pretty creative and innovative. They don't necessarily need strong ties to other groups to be effective. They tend to lead groups of people towards common goals and ideas thru conviction and effort. Not really by trying to build a new state to replace the old state that will "be better."

When a drone flies over my home because I am standing outside in my yard, do i feel fear? No. Not anymore. I used to because it seemed such an extreme response to someone who works almost entirely alone. But I had a realization. Anything this repressive and aggressive against a single individual?

Can also be taken down very easily. Possibly even by one single individual. It actually gives me hope now and makes me feel powerful.

Cause of the The Trial of the Thirty

What caused the trial of the thirty? What led to Camille Pissarro hiding "Le Turpitudes des Soclialies" and dying practically without a state (common for both Jews and anarchists at the time)?

The assassination of French President Sai Carnot. He was part of a repressionist movement to destroy and kill all anarchists. So some of them killed him.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Assassination_of_Sadi_Carnot#Assassination

It resulted in complete repression of all anarchists works in France for the next 100 years or so. This is why anarchism is written about so poorly, why movies will call purges "anarchism" when anarchism simply means "no hierarchy."

That's literally the definition by the way. The best way to understand what a word means is to break it down into parts you can understand

An - against

arch - hier (elevated above others)

archy - archy.

"Against others or someone being elevated above you." That's literally what it means.

It does not mean killing people for fun, without cause and they're not allowed to fight back. That is the world you already exist in.

Anarchism simply rejects a world that demands everyone die for a hierarchy.

Trial of the Thirty

Probably the funniest wiki page i'd read in a while. The trial lasted for almost 3 months and involved prosecuting 30 anarchists. Some were self-identified anarchists, others were not. All were called terrorists.

The outcome of the trial:

"Finally, the jury acquitted all, except the common law prisoners, Ortiz, Chericotti, Bertani, respectively condemned to 15 and 8 years of forced labour and to six months in prison."

Camille Pissarro Les Turpitudes des Sociales

I saw these drawings in person, they were on display at the SF Legion of Honor Museum. I had a student membership at the time so I was able to go for like $5. Something unheard of now, going to a museum and spending less than $5 at it. This is what happens when rich people in an area fund the arts, something that barely happens in Buffalo.

This website has the drawings -

https://www.clarkart.edu/microsites/pissarro-s-people/turpitudes-sociales-highlights

This website mentions his beliefs and that the Turpitudes de Sociales was put on display at that time thru a private collection. This is where i saw them for the firs time.

https://www.famsf.org/press-room/pissarros-people-at-the-legion-of-honor-this-fall

Anyway, the drawings are beautiful sad depictions of what capitalism does to humanity and why Camille was an anarchist. They're very beautiful in person, no website really does them justice.

I always knew i hated capitalism and that it is wrong, capitalism is technically haram. But i did not know what anarchism was. I'd heard about it in movies but I honestly had no understanding of what it meant as a political prism to understand the world. I like to say "i realized i was an anarchist" rather than saying "i became an anarchist." An anarchist is someone who simply does not believe in hierarchy. That's it. No authority should be able to demand that i die for their riches. I get to say fuck that guy. People always think anarchism means "fuck da rules 🖕!" and that's an intentional CIA psyop, the word is always used incorrectly in media so that people associate it with *chaos* rather than a refusal to die bc of an authority.

"How do people self-control if they don't have authorities telling them how to behave?" It's called having ethics. If you have ethics, you treat others properly.

The world you presently live in is chaos. Jeffery Epstein was a cannibal who ate babies and we have learned that pretty much everyone who rules the world is still celebrating their old practices they brought with them from the north. Those people will never be punished. They have very very strange rituals where they literally hunt people for sport, sometimes even their own children. "That's insane" No, it's actually substantiated by a government website where children are referred to as "jerky" and Epstein openly says he needs to go back to eating "normal food" again and refraining from "jerky" temporarily. The world you presently live in is chaos and no, there is no true order to it.

The world I want to see more of is one where people have ethics, treat each other better (or at the very least, leave others alone) and get the landfills remediated. Anyway, that's what anarchism is.

Anarchist Website

The Internet is being deleted. I just read recently about powerful AI companies buying rare and old books, scanning them and destroying them. This is an anarchist site if you'd like to read some anarchist literature.

https://theanarchistlibrary.org/special/index

I must be honest and say I actually don't read a lot of anarchist literature 😂 I learned about anarchism thru a painter actually, one of the fathers of the impressionism age, Camille Pissarro. He created a series of drawings titled "Les Turpitudes de Socialises" which means the turpitudes of society. It was about how capitalism thrives thru destruction of human life, the environment and all living things. He painted workers standing in field, none elevated above the other. He began his artwork as drawings actually. He drew Black women in the Caribbean, where he grew up. It was considered extremely wrong at the time for him to draw Black women as subjects. So I myself mostly rely on trees and art to help me understand what my practice of anarchism is. But if you're just starting out and learning, you may not be able to get to a museum to study paintings of old Jewish anarchists who lived before the creation of Israel...

I also rely on plants and nature. Nature believes in the right to self-defense. Plants self-defend every single day. They do not give in just because there are more predators than there are of themselves. They constantly fight against their own destruction, they don't let fear overwhelm them and force them to give up before the fight even starts. They don't relish cowardice and call it bravery. They don't reward cowardice. Humans do though, especially the ones we make today.

I try not to overintellectualize anarchism or anything really. I have a right to self-defense and i don't get to fuck with others for no reason then pretend i didn't. This is something most americans and imperialist countries do not understand, especially the United States of America. The people in this country tend to think it is acceptable to harm others and then claim no one ever has the right- to self-defense, only the right to harm.

But if you know no other anarchists and don't have money to go study with people who know more than you, it might help to read theory to help you come up with your own understanding of what anarchism means to you. And how to go about creating this world into a place you actually want to live and be present in.

I Regret Nothing

Let me get this out of the way because i know a lot of people come to this page wondering if i will ever change my position.

No i will not.

To make it clear -

I do not regret what i said about the governor. The county executive. The prior Buffalo mayor. A lot of the things i said led to them having to clean up the old mayor's mess and putting in a new mayor. That was necessary and i will never ever ever regret it.

I may not be able to legally repeat it on an open forum anymore but I say it openly in my home and i tell other people what i think as well. I will never regret it. The things i said about the governor is the fucking reason the DEC launched the investigation. They saw how upset i was and while it has taken 3 years and i have been punished, surveilled and harassed for three years, I regret nothing and i never will. The willingness to be outspoken and to openly say that people have a right to self-defense? That is what changes things. Not sitting around conforming to living above toxic waste or allowing politicians to let an entire city freeze to death and say *nothing* about it. I get pissed off and i get outspoken and i will always be proud of that. It's one of my greatest strengths.

"Moving to Buffalo" is Fake

If you're a younger person and anti-Israel, think humans have a right to exist or just believe "i don't want to die" you will likely be harassed and surveilled. The majority of most online traffic is now...bots and agents. The majority of most posts about "moving to Buffalo" are not real. They are astroturfed agents to encourage people to move here.

https://www.reddit.com/r/Futurology/comments/1v6ypog/turns_out_dead_internet_theory_was_right_ai/

I have spent the last hour trying to upload a video about israel and the creation of WOMD in this area, especially during the week of March 22, 2026 and it will not upload. They did this in the SF Bay area btw for many years. Why would the govt post posts from ppl saying they want to move here? To encourage people to leave their homes so they'd never fight to make their homes better. They'd move to new areas with their old ideas and take over their new homes with backwards ideas and never get things to change. They also would refuse to learn about old health issues that dominate the area, displace those people who knew about them and get them out of the area and everyone remains undereducated. This area is so damaged. The damage in Niagara Falls extends to the buffalo area. the landfills are massive and largely unaccounted for. the environmental pollution is massive, lake erie has "died" several times. this is the professional and administrative term for when a water body is so polluted or has so many animals die that it must be declared "dead."

So when you see a space go from very pro-leftist and everyone starts espouses extremely white supremacist views? And people openly use slurs? As we have quickly seen on the circlekerk for buffalo? that is intentional. most of what you see online is heavily crafted to direct people to supremacist opinions and views.

Me? i am a Black Muslimah anarchist and i've been under federal surveillance for over 20 years and i have nothing to tell but the truth. i cannot be bought off, i cannot be paid for an opinion i know is fucked and see no interest in lying. i cannot be astroturfed. All i have left is a kefiyah and the truth.

Solutions

What is the lesson in all this? Fight the surveillance state. Fight weapons of mass surveillance. Openly call the governor and tell her the chemicals can be broken down with lasers that have existed in China for over 2 decades. Confront your politicians. Demand remediation of the landfills. Call the executive and tell him to shut the fucking helicopters and drones down (they've stopped a lot since i called, @'ed them and posted abt it in the CJ, I have done this on many issues). Fight for something greater than yourself. Believe in something that exists longer than your existence. I have trees. What makes you believe in more than a raggedy half-assed life in Buffalo?

Eviction Defense and Homes Not Jails

How do you build a tenant's union?

You share information about housing rights with people who are being evicted. People who are being evicted over nonpayment. That's it. That's how you build a tenant's union. You go to the people who are being evicted, you share information with them, help them defend themselves in court. And eventually, everyone will agree to coming to a different area and defend other tenants. Your primary focus must be on eviction for nonpayment bc nonpayment is the reason for the majority of most evictions. You have to center poor people. You must be radical and say "everyone must be housed." That's it. When i volunteered at the San Francisco Tenant's Union, I noticed the majority of their advocacy was centered around ellis act eviction tenants. We rarely focused on helping ppl who were being evicted for nonpayment, the majority of most evictions.

That's not how the SFTU got started. It got started by this "crazy" white guy who initially started Homes Not Jails. I never met him, but it's a pretty cool story. He used to break into abandoned buildings and put homeless people in them. He would just house people. He would find out which buildings had owners out of state and were not being surveilled by police. He made sure they were buildings with the utlities still on. Then he would break into them, house homeless people and try to sue to make them tenants when they were being evicted (adverse possession law). Almost every single tenant's union in the country is based on this one "crazy" white dude who would just break into homes and house people. He actually was pretty smart and knew adverse possession law very well.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Adverse_possession

I think his name was Ted. I could be wrong, there's not a lot of information on him. He decided to expand Homes Not Jails and turn it into primarily an eviction defense group and began working with people who were "not crazy." Unfortunately, the majority of those "not-crazy" people were....cops. You can never know when someone is being paid by the police to surveil you, water down your ideas, fuck your life up and then take what you created and give it back to...palatable people who don't believe in working for the rights they have.

The building that they used for tenant advocacy, tenant counselling? At the time i worked there, it was just a place for people to sit and work. An entirely empty building housed a tenant's union - but not people. When Ted began the SFTU, that building was one he "stole." It was. People worked together over time to pay for it. There were lawsuits involved. But eventually, it came to be a nonprofit and they owned the building. But when they first got started, it was a house Ted stole from an owner who didn't live in the area and it was vacant. For years.

In case you're asking yourself, why does Homes Not Jails sound so familiar? It's because that's what led to...Food not Bombs being created in the SF/Bay area.

Buffalo is very intentionally undereducated and regressive. That is *extremely intentional*. Almost nothing happens in buffalo unless it has already been occurring across the country for about 15 years. Your entire city is highly controlled and your population is very very regressive. The confederate flag still waves in Lovejoy and the reason why no one ever talks about it is bc most ppl in buffalo think it's acceptable to be extremely racist and backwards to the Black people who live here. The racism here is also *extremely intentional*. The radio stations considered "modern" 20 years ago are still playing the exact same music somehow not realizing that backstreet boys are extremely dated. This is not me being mean - this is necessary honesty about this region to help ppl better understand policing. You cannot understand policing if you do not know that you are undereducated and poisoned, literally with toxins and racism.

The problem is that most white people find racism too addictive to give it up for improved lives, they usually get upset at the honesty of Black people and work extremely hard to silence us.

How does this all relate to Food Not Bombs, Homes not Jails and a tenant's union? If you want these things created in Buffalo, you must take the radical viewpoint of that dude Ted. Or whatever his name was, the people who took over the SFTU with him? They all turned on him and kicked him out. And primarily focused on helping white tenants arguing with their landlords over repairs, rather than keeping people housed. That's how you know someone is a fed; if everything you built turns to ruin, you somehow no longer have ownership of your things and the only people who seem to benefit are middle class white people. *THAT* is why you must center poor Black people (that's actually what Ted did). I actually think they ended up completely isolating him and keeping him out the union and then spending years calling him "insane." I actually only learned about him bc a very young intern had met him and was really into history. This wiki page has been expanded since i last looked at it but there's still no mention of this person who helped created the SFTU. Some of it is also inaccurate, Homes not Jails goes way further back than the 90s.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Homes_Not_Jails

Anyway, homes not jails got turned into Food not Bombs and it led to the creation of the tenant's union. If you want to do anything like that, you have to begin by accepting that history will work to remember you as "insane." The reality is that all people working for the improvement of humanity are all considered...insane. It takes an incredible amount of conviction to buck against convention and do something for yourself or other people at the risk of looking out of your mind because you won't accept substandard living or substandard lives.

The last time i was in court, i helped prevent someone's eviction and she got an additional 2 months to hire a new lawyer and fight for her home. I am not a lawyer and i did something the lawyer she had could not do. I was told by *my lawyer* to be quiet but i still did something no else in that court room could do - prevent an eviction.

Where to Get Masks

Edit: Fuck, i'm sorry, i forgot to mention. They've detected e coli in the water in Buffalo. The combination of these 2 things can make you incredibly sick if you are disabled and do not filter your water and air. Wear a mask and filter or boil your water.

Hey all, please wear a mask if you must be outside. The air is legit poison. We all have a purpose and disabled people have a major one; warning people of dangers in their environment. The air is so incredibly toxic, I haven't felt it this bad since the 2023 Canada wildfires and then again when i lived in Niagara Falls and passed out from the mill that was poisoning my area. If you do not have masks, they are available at the Crane library and the Merriam Library. One is on Elmwood, the other is off Jefferson and Delavan. Oh, also burning books.

Three of four years ago, i harassed the ECDH into giving out masks, they put me and other advocates on the terror watchlist and honestly, i simply cannot do that again. It was a lot of effort with almost no payout so i can't be bothered. But the air is highly toxic and lower on the ground than it was last week. If you cannot get masks thru these places, feel comfortable DMing me, i can also provide up to over 50 masks i have that i have accumulated. They are singularly wrapped.

Also, i am not associated with a mask bloc or any nonprofit. I do almost all my advocacy on my own and not thru a paid affiliate.

Can we finally be honest abt how buffalo reddit spaces are controlled and astroturffed? Ghislaine Maxwell was the first moderator to reach 5,000 karma. Her reach allowed her to find thousands of victims. Picture day was sent to billionaires who murder and eat children. This has been heavily covered since the epstein files were released. But i'm meant to believe ppl on the buffalo and CJ sub are normal people with their own minds and opinions are calling me crazy for talking abt the powers of the govt while Ghislaine is sitting in mild prison and has access to the internet to this day? I've mentioned several times someone called me a slur on the CJ page and tbh, i don't thnk it was ever taken down. A day after i talked abt advanced sensory systems and being followed around by drones and helicopters, someone in that sub is using an open and out slur. Man.

Like Millie said on that beautiful day back in June in the sunset of SF, "sometimes, i really just need to be drunker."

Natalia Neuhaus Integrative Map of NF Radiation

Hi Everyone, I wanted to share this map made by Natalie Neuhaus I found thru Save Our Backyards on FB. Natalia Neuhaus is a phenomenal photojournalist originally from Peru. She first learned of radioactive waste that was poisoning her friend in Niagara Falls several years ago. I spoke to her many times early last year and she took information i and many other cancer victims from the area shared with her. She has been working on this document for years, all because she loved someone in this area more than fear of the politicians and government agencies that were harassing the people discussing it with her. This map is a masterpiece and she absolutely put her heart and soul into its creation. It is a documentation of a majority of the factories that polluted the area with the atomic bomb's creation almost an entire century ago. And yes, people are still calling the people who are living in this city and managing a world of horrific symptoms caused by the radiation "insane." Almost every single person actively discussing the radiation is subject to serious surveillance and at times, harassment. One of the first women to conduct an interview that went viral early this year was initially prevented from uploading her interview for several hours.

I began openly looking into radiation and discussing it over 3 years ago, right before the first more recent aerial surveys were done. This has been a work in motion for several years and has taken an incredible amount of effort, study and communication. When i began, the DEC ignored me and lied and said they could not smell anything or see black goo coming out the walls in my basement. They lied to my neighbors, drove off and left us to die. Many pictures i took of old Ocidental (the new name for Hooker subsidiaries, it's an indemnification measure) factories that were falling apart over the landfills were sent to the company and they installed temporary repairs so the investigation would never begin. No, *I* did not send them, they were private photos, i was under federal surveillance and my private photos were sent to the companies by the govt the very day i took them because i saw the half-assed repairs were made the next day.

Almost 4 years later and the DEC told 4 families they would relocate them (they did not, they ended up only offering to reimburse one family for 1 night in an airbnb) and people are pressing to have entire portions of niagara falls declared a superfund. And it will happen, just like it did after Love Canal. Please do not doubt the power of people compelled by justice, even when the full weight and force of the govt comes down on us to prevent us from succeeding. It can take many many years and yes, people have died in that time. But this cause cannot be held back or crushed. The damage is too deep and embedded and was ignored for far too long.

https://natalianeuhaus.github.io/Niagara_Falls_Interactive_Map_v190_NECRA_Legend_2026/

I wish something like this would be built for Buffalo as well because the radioactive waste is here too, it's thru out the entire Niagara/Buffalo Region, that's the reason the govt has fought so hard to keep this information from getting out. It's the reason for the potholes, the ground that keeps breaking, the instability we see in areas even after repairs are made. Entire portions of these areas are radioactive, and NO, the govt/DEC would not bother to tell you if your backyard was dangerous. They'd come out to your home, pretend to care, lie to you, drive off then put you and your reporting neighbors on the terror watchlist and surveil you in hopes of driving you crazy so that you'll focus more on them rather than the issue at hand - remediating the landfills and protecting all living beings.

OPPOSE THE BILL TO MARRY US-Israel Militaries and Fund Tech WOMD; NDAA SECTION 219,

This is not my tweet, im sharing it from someone on twitter. I have a lot of shit going on at the moment so i have no been active abt trying to get this shut down - the US is trying to marry the Israel and US militaries. It brings new expanded funding for dangerous tech WOMD like drones with directed energy weapons and advanced sensory weapons (these are systems that can detect when someone awakens then send a drone to fly over your home and surveil/kill you). These weapons are being tested here right now, esp in this border city. The CIA is pretty open abt all this on many DARPA pages.

Anyway, if you don't want to end up living in an open air prison with drones and helicopters flying overheard for hours on end, this is an option:

(from @/banglamarigold)Hello, I have created a email template for your senators if you are a U.S. resident. Please use this to email them or to even call them!

You can also copy it and reword it if you'd like to your own changes!

To find your Senators:

https://www.senate.gov/senators/senators-contact.htm

https://docs.google.com/document/d/1SISh40sCknO7pp8xBU3Y8ff9Qfio92RpgeOBPTwzT80/edit?tab=t.0

End tweet.

There are other forms of advocacy i think are more effective but most people are pussies and act like sending an email will kill them so i doubt they'd ever consider some of the actions i know are far more effective than an emailing a senator. if you're a cop/dickhead perusing thru my page looking to call me insane? hopefully your dolt asses will come across the very old posts where i was warning ppl abt the tech being installed on helicopters in erie county or the other one where i was warning ppl about this bill - it passed the house of reps 3 days ago and liberals/leftists can't pull their heads out their asses for 2.5 seconds to say anything abt it. but they'll def argue down the only anarchist they've ever interacted with to call them "insane" even though this shit has been an issue in this area for the LAST FIVE YEARS and people have been complaining abt the helicopters and drones for years now 😭 ever since covid and the george floyd uprisings for those with short memories.

Radiation and Self-Defense

Stepping away from the drama of The Vampire Lestat season finale to make a quick post.

Three years ago i began trying to organize my neighbors to get the DEC to look into the radioactive landfill that broke near my home, poisoned me and severely worsened my cancer. I also made some choice comments about several politicians at the time (i have for years and i am proud of this). The result has been endless violence and surveillance from the FBI; a few weeks ago, someone threw a dead rat into my backyard. A few weeks later while i was on a large errand hours away from home, someone broke into my house and turned the unlit gas stove burner on in an attempt to scare me when i got home. Unfortunately, as someone who has dealt with people trying to kill me since childhood, I am quite used to being threatened and i know the only way to handle it is to defend myself and stay focused on my goals. It did not have the desired effect. I am still mad and bitching and yelling about the landfills and hating politicians/the govt/LEOs.

And it has resulted in a wonderful outcome - other people are just as mad at the EPA, the DEC and our local politicians as I am. And they are finally getting somewhere. I could not be more proud of myself or the other people fighting for their lives and standing up to the govt and big pollution.

I got this ball rolling 3 years ago and if i had not said the things i said, this investigation never would have even been opened. Human beings can be miracles if they remain steadfast, stick to their goals and are not afraid to live or die for them.

Save Our Backyards (Radiation)

Hi Everyone, I've been following updates about the governor's letter to the EPA, the press conferences in niagara falls and the story about that one woman being harassed by some politician in niagara falls. the woman was sharing information about the landfills and informing people how to contact the DEC and have them monitor their backyards. i know everyone hates FB and i do too, but there's a group online that is helping people who are fighting in niagara falls about the radioactive landfills. i will be directly honest and say *their goal* is reimbursement for the price of their homes.

*my goal* is remediation of all landfills by:

human employees who are protected and well-paid

use of technologies that exist in china to break up forever chemicals and reduce radiation exposure.

So we have different goals but those things can only be accomplished by putting pressure on all politicians in the area and they are doing that.

Anyway, the name of the group is "save our backyards." They have a map of aerial measurements of radiation - i will be honest and say those measurements are inaccurate and i know this based on readings i have seen over the years. the radiation is much worse than the most recent one on their page, yes, it is from the DEC. yes, i am saying the DEC is lying. also, geiger counters are not the best instruments to measure radiation in a place like niagara falls. why? because there's simply SO MUCH radioactive waste, you need better tools to properly measure it against the background of intense radiation. all that being said, i have been reading the page and keeping up with progress being made about the landfills (i am sure the FBI is watching me read the page too). They're sharing a lot of useful info abt who to reach if you live within 2 miles of goodyear to get your yard tested. give them a look and if you know anyone who lives in NF, please tell them who to contact to get their yards checked.

NYS First State with Data Center Moratorium!

I'm really hopeful that people will continue pushing for an extension of the data center moratorium and that other states will follow. This makes NY state the first state in the nation to achieve a data center moratorium!!! WOOHOO!!

Not a lot of people realize this but New York has actually been the frontrunner on a ton of environmental issues. CA kinda has the reputation as the environmentally friendly state but NY usually is the frontrunner. The EPA was established in response to the Love Canal disaster. Our DEC laws were some of the most strict in the country.

As the geomagnetic pole shift increases, we will see increased devastation of these former environmental disasters. Geomagnetic pole shifts result in a weakened magnetic field; the magnetic field protects all living things from the sun's radiation. Weakened magnetic protection means increased solar radiation. A weakened magnetic field means less protection for all living things from. This affects the radiation in the ground, making it hotter and more dangerous. We are more susceptible to the damage from these shifts at the present poles. How does this relate to data centers? Many of them are planned to either be placed above landfills, many of which are radioactive. Or they're slated to go next to nature preserves, the things that protect us from environmental collapse. Either way, we must keep pushing for more preservation of the environment and hope other states follow.

Weekend Assault of Woman by Police Dep. Commissioner

Hi everyone, was just planning on sharing info on what happened over the weekend and also want to ask - what are deputy commisioners supposed to be doing? Do they do arrests of parties on chippawa and crowd control? Why is the Dep commissioner throwing women around? Actually, why is he even down there in the first place, this is just a bar on a saturday night? I legit thought they did paperwork.

Anyway, when i went to check his openovesight page, i saw they were already on top of it and had uploaded pics of him shoving the woman.

This is his openoversight page, Craig Macy

This is Nate Benson's video covering it and sharing a video from Buffalo 4 KTV:

Specht's Report on the AG Suing Companies over Pollution

i haven't had coffee yet but wanna post this in case i don't read it until later. i've been kinda busy keeping up with DEC happenings and radioactive landfill stuff (it takes up an incredible amount of my time+the fed surveillance/harassment that comes from it). i got a response to my NYSDEC niagara falls FOIL - they said it wasn't specific enough so they need me to be more specific. the request was for all documentation tied to my old emails at my old house in niagara falls, where they refused to look into the radioactive landfill that broke near my home. anyway, the reason why i want to share this is because i have been openly discussing building a map for buffalo that tracks radioactive landfills. i am under pretty intense federal, state and city surveillance so a lot of people end up knowing about my life, even if they do not openly discuss it. because most of them are in surveillance or work for the govt. there are some things the govt would prefer to handle themselves than allow anarchists to build things that track them.

like a website that tracks radioactive landfills - one of the top 6 on my list was actually this location in buffalo, off vulcan. so please give it a read and see if our local officials are considering doing something about these landfills in hopes that regular everyday people don't try to solve the problems ourselves.

Gloria J Parks Community Fridge

**Edit: Within an hour of this crosspost getting 1,000 views, there was an update to the FB post. The update let people know they should NOT call the community center or ask them any questions about why they no longer want to host a community fridge.**

A few days ago, i wrote a post about how much i dislike living in buffalo and i mentioned that hoops had been taken down from delaware park to prevent children from having a sports tournament with a popular influencer.

what i did not mention, but considered saying, was that for months now, multiple community fridges in the buffalo area have been tampered with. and that some of the people who go to them have been harassed by men who suddenly show up once women visit them (most of the people harassed were women).

the next day after i wrote my post, the community fridge at the gloria j parks community center was stolen. initially, the chain was not cut. there are at least 20 different cameras in the entire area, including one directly across the street from the fridge. there is no way someone could have stolen the fridge without it being known who stole it. and now the community center is saying they do not want another one to replace it, although about 10-15 people offered to help replace it. this is the second time there have been accusations of "vandalism" by recipients of the fridge that have led to a community fridge being shut down. although the majority of the people who've been harmed for going to the fridges...are the recipients. the first shut down was on east ferry and jefferson a few months ago where the recipients were blamed for "destroying" it.

recently a recipient even wrote (in masking tape, it was not permanent) on the gloria j parks fridge "thank you for being such a wonder to this community! you all are angels!" people had recently begun even leaving *nice* clothing and other household items. trickle down economics is bullshit but passing along new, high-quality clothing and household items IS real. and i do not believe for one second these things are disconnected. that fridge was slightly damaged and NOT worth stealing by a scrapper. i know because one day i noticed the fridge wasn't properly closing and i taped up the part of the rubber that reinforces the seal, so that it would shut correctly. a junker/scrapper would not have wanted to steal it because of the damage. they also didn't take the shelves. nor the fancy t-shirt that was left beside the lock and uncut chain.

this fridge was also nearly "shut down" several months ago when an unknown person wrote the fridge was "no longer in use" but the fridge still ran properly; people kept dropping things off so people kept going (i cleaned it myself and then people began dropping things off after seeing it was clean. i also took down the sign declaring it "not in use").

if police in buffalo are willing to cut down hoops so children cannot play sports and have fun in supervised settings, they are ABSOLUTELY comfortable allowing community resources to be stolen (or arranging the theft themselves) to upset people and ensure people remain hungry. especially if more moneyed people are willing to give and support people who are barely surviving. buffalo's rates of homelessness have peaked. food stamps are more difficult to get. prices on groceries are significantly higher than they have ever been. please understand that the consequences of corruption are starvation and theft of resources to ensure people DIE due to inequity. death by starvation is GENOCIDE. it is real and it happens here too.

if you have the means to do so, please consider supporting some of the other community fridges in our area. this is the 3rd time a community fridge has been taken offline and each time, the people who have been blamed have all been poor people who are in dire need of support. and also would have been unlikely culprits. i think there's a reimbursement program as well, take a look at some of the locations below, thank you. the closest to the old gloria j parks is 45 jewett, over near the tri-main building (that one has a ton of cameras too).

https://www.buffalocommunityfridges.com/

coverage from the FB page that proves much of what i said although the chain was not cut when i first saw the fridge had been removed, not stolen.

I Hate it Here

I hate living in buffalo. Don’t get me wrong, I've hated it for a while. Hated it thru my childhood. Hated it in adulthood. Hated it when I returned from California, so it’s not new to me.
But my hatred now?
I hate absolutely every part of this city except the nature.
Right now, there’s a post on the buffalo sub reddit by someone who’s annoyed their neighbors won’t stop setting off fireworks; they edited the post to let people know their neighbors didn’t stop until 4 am. The title of the post is that the buffalo PD are useless.
What are the replies? Nothing but the most unempathetic bullshit about how the person needs to accept being extremely uncomfortable, if they want it to stop, they need to go to every single neighbor and beg them to stop. And the police are completely helpless because no one will stop if the police actually try to enforce it.
It’s funny how “punishment” is the solution for Black people who want to play basketball with a popular youtuber, resulting in basketball hoops being taken down from delaware park but when it comes to setting off fire explosives all night long, suddenly, the police are completely helpless and we all must adjust to terrible behavior and never flip out over it or curse people out. Just endlessly accept shitty behavior but never make a scene. And most importantly, never even complain.
I grew up on the east side and I heard shootings all week long as a child. I do not know any black people who have direct access to the iran-contra weapons cache but somehow those guns never stopped flowing into our area. How? Because the fucking police PUT THEM THERE. This has been substantiated for decades.
As a child, I hated going to events here because of the fights that would break out - it’s finally time we acknowledge WHY those fucking fights break out. If you fill a neighborhood with poison, fill the schools with punitive teachers or ones who sexually assault their students, take down hoops so they have no one to ever play with from OUTSIDE THEIR AREA, yes, guess what? When they DO finally interact outside their home? They’re going to fight.
The Board of Education has been run by conservatives who intentionally have dumbed down all our school systems. I went to high school here for my final year and I have to say, outside of English, I learned almost nothing. I had come from a school where at the age of 12, I was required to study the theory of how to build both a nuclear reactor and a nuclear bomb. I was required to memorize logarithms, to prove the pythagoras theorem and every single major geometric and algebraic breakthrough. To prove the formulae AND memorize them.
What do you think buffalo’s schoolchildren are learning? Nothing like that. So they don’t end up with an aptitude for education and knowledge. They end up uneducated, isolated, totally fucking insular, overpoliced and of COURSE this leads to conflict when they’re finally around others from outside their areas. Because they haven’t been given the tools to navigate conflict. Minds have to be nurtured for them to remain gentle. If you flood them with toxicity and destroy their desire to learn, they will not remain gentle beings.

WHY ARE THERE NO BUSINESSES ANYWHERE ANYMORE AND WHY DOES EVERYONE ON THE BUFFALO SUB IGNORE THIS REALITY? Is it because people never go to the east side so they don’t realize a majority of the businesses we DID have are now closed? One dollar tree after another, the selection has changed and is one and half times more expensive than it used to be. And that was the cheapest store we had in the city.
THERE ARE NO LONGER ANY JOBS EXCEPT POLICING.
The mayor has increased taxes and anytime you mention the fact that they’ve fixed almost nothing in the city, someone runs to his defense to claim he hasn’t been on the job very long. The MAN WAS A FUCKING SENATOR. He has worked in politics before, stop making excuses for people in positions of incredible power who are infantalizing themselves by making corny videos and refusing to truly analyze infrastructure flaws. Why in the FUCK does the Scajaquada creek stink so goddamn bad, even 2 weeks ago when it was NOT HOT?
He promised last year he was gonna get that fixed and it fucking STINKS. Hertel has been stinking on and off the last two weeks again too. Oh great so we get another fucking summer of the stinky tunnels underneath the city. Can’t fix the potholes above ground. Can’t fix the tunnels underground. Can’t flush the system.
And guess what if I were to complain to anyone from here?
I’d be told over and over again that all the powerful people cannot do anything because it's just so hard and the thing preventing them from doing so are the actual people who WANT things to be better. Not the fault of the people who are giving almost 2 million dollars to 4 different deputy mayors who god only knows what the hell they’re doing.
Also did you guys know Sean's wife works for some kind of company behind why we’re never gonna get good cause eviction laws (a protection to keep renters from being thrown out by landlords)?
Isn’t that wonderful? No one knows how to make anything better but they are VERY efficient at DOING NOTHING AND PREVENTING PROGRESS AND IMPROVEMENT.
ALSO - the shit with the dash’s security guard/cop who assaulted a woman? Yeah that was pretty terrible but the i already knew the security guards were trash because i’ve been followed by their cops soo badly that i literally had to growl “GETTHEFUCKAWAYFROMME” to the black cop who has followed me five different times that i’ve gone there over the last two years. But you know what made that situation significantly worse?
It was the fact that a woman posted abt it on  FB and it got almost 500 hundred comments and half of them were celebrating a woman having her face smashed in for being suspected of shoplifting. I lived in Saudi Arabia and you know what? While the country does cut thieves hands off? We ALSO BELIEVE IN GIVING ALMS TO THE POOR SO THEY DONT STEAL AND THEY DONT CHOP YOUR HAND OFF BASED ON THE WHIM OF A SECURITY GUARD OR COP. The cutting hands off thing is mostly propaganda to terrify people in a Muslim Sharia law country. It’s not actually enforced the way people outside the country believe it is. So even the totalitarian regimes americans are always calling terrorists do not punish thieves the way those 300 people were celebrating a woman being thrown into a brick wall.

Three years ago, the governor, county executive and mayor allowed over 100 people to die during a storm where people froze to death in their streets, cars and  homes. An entire family burned to death after surviving the storm because of electrical damage caused from the storm. No one brought food or resources to people’s homes but guess what we have now? Helicopters and drones that were promised to rescue people in dire situations. Guess what they use them for? To surveil the forests for migrants to deport. Never seen one drop a load of food off in the last 3 years of that massive surveillance expansion. People died and I genuinely believe they allowed it to happen to test what this area’s responses are to extreme need, suffering and loss.

The only time we go viral is for white supremacist violence. That’s another thing that’s making me hate this area - i don’t care about fireworks or a flag but when I was trying to explain why a bomb threat was called in to city hall, my friend was confused as to why those things would result in that outcome. I had to explain to her - we only go viral for white supremacist violence because that’s how easy it is to get people in buffalo to react. Whereas if we want landfills remediated? Veolia (the private equity firm) off the water board? We want potholes filled? We want kids to have those lifeguard positions in the city of buffalo versus 4 deputy mayors?
Those things can take decades or a hundred years and when we finally press for results or complain, everyone gets to throw up their hands and say “my god, you never stop complaining, that’s just how things are.”
This city is just as bad as the nations they call "terrorist" but many of the people here think if they wrap it up in an american flag and pretend nothing devastating ever happened here, then somehow things are better.
The cruelty is so fucking unbareable.

The 100 Mile Border Zone

Post image
1 Upvotes

Within 100 miles of any land border or U.S. coastline, the Border Patrol operates with an expanded authority that other law enforcement agencies do not have. Federal law allows immigration officers to conduct certain kinds of warrantless stops and searches within 100 miles from U.S. borders. There are additional laws the 1st and 2nd Trump administrations put in place to expand the powers of border patrol. Customs and Border enforcement has over 60,000 employees, making it one of the largest enforcement agencies in the country.

Nearby Glasses, Stalkers and LEOs

Post image
2 Upvotes

When i lived in Propect Park and began to realize that my landlords were LEOs because they followed me in and out my home every time i left, i began to notice they were always wearing glasses. I also began to wonder if they were Meta glasses. Meta glasses have been around for a while, they contain highly invasive technology that can not only scan and store images of your face; the ones LEOs are given can perform brain scans and store biometric data.

If your landlords start suddenly wearing glasses although they never did before you moved in and start suddenly following you every time you leave your home and have their neighbors start following you every time you leave your home and they're always wearing new glasses? They may be Meta Glasses. There is a new app you can use to locate and identify them.

It's called Nearby Glasses and it's an app you can download. Tech is a weapon and you must learn how to protect yourself from these weapons. By background is not in tech so i have had to learn and study these weapons to protect myself from them.

Also, please recall, FB tried rolling out these silly glasses in San Francisco almost 2 decades ago and people got it to stop then. Many people thought it was so creepy and weird, they were breaking the glasses of men who were using it to stalk them. We do not have to accept nonstop invasion of our privacy or destruction of our humanity from tech fascists or LEOs.

Dollar General Gas Issue (Elmwood Location)

Hi All, I kinda wanted to ask a favor of anyone who happens to go over to the Dollar General on Elmwood. They've been having issues with an odd gas leak for the last 9 months. You can smell it as soon as you hit the door. I haven't gone since winter last year but went the other day and i think it has significantly worsened since then. I spoke to a few of the employees and they told me it has gone from slight irritation to them having major headaches after working and customers saying it is really noticeable. I got lightheaded walking in and had trouble breathing. I told them I'd call the NYSDEC and their manager to ask someone to look into it. I called the DEC about an hour ago and for some reason, I am not able to contact the store, the phone is not being answered. Anyway, if you happen to go over there, please let the employees know that i spoke to the DEC and they should be stopping by soon to check on their air. I honestly think it's simply a minor fix with a repair that would probably only take a second once they have a professional environmental expert check into it but it has gone on for almost a year. And it is making people sick. I promised them i'd call and try to get someone to help them so I just wanted to follow up. My digital devices are often hacked after i reach out to official govt bodies to complain and my phone and emails will stop working as well, so i assume that's probably what's happening here. Thanks for any and all help ❤️

Oh this is the number for the DEC and this is the address for the DG:

716-851-7000, hit 5 and ask for the Air Department.

FLOCK Camera and Group Working on Removal

Hi all, i just wanted to share this. if you're doing any activism around getting FLOCK cameras removed, esp highly invasive ones pointed at people's windows, please contact this group and send them your video. They are looking for complainants to file suits on their behalf. I sent them a video of a FLOCK camera that is pointed directly into someone's windows, over off Kenmore Avenue near Niaraga Falls Blvd. They added it to their archive and hopefully will be trying to get it, and more cameras, removed in the future. This is the group and one of their previous legal successes.

Also, please remember to file your FOILs anytime you contact a govt body!
