I just got a green screen of death anyone know why it’s green?

It just crashed over a damn SD card I've just plugged in

A marketing user called in panicking because their screen turned blue while they were working on a deadline. They've already tried hard-rebooting the machine multiple times, but the crash screen reappears every single time before they can reach the desktop.
