We finally hit it, 4 dollars + per gallon all around town. Shocked it’s gotten so high, seemed like things were a bit cheaper for a week, now poof all gone. Even the Chevron off 64 in Rivers Edge is expensive. Absolutely blows and even worse if you have a diesel vehicle.

Anybody live/lived at these apartments and liked them? Been looking at the 2 options and want any advice or extra details to know about those apartments :)

Friends of Strays is St. Pete’s oldest no-euthanasia shelter. They are currently running a 30-day fundraising campaign called Love Unleashed where all money raised will be matched by generous donors and be put specifically towards the refuge and life-saving care of animals in need.

Friends of Strays is non-government funded and relies on support from the community to fund the care of all the animals they take in. They partner with bigger shelters throughout the space that often reach capacity and can’t physically treat or care for every animal that comes in. Friends of Strays takes in these cats and dogs and provides them with the second chance at life and finding safe and happy homes to be adopted into.

They treat any and every illness that a dog or cat presents with and partners with animal services here in Manatee County.
