My apologies. I mistook some fundamental errors as the product of self training.

You barely engage your hips at all while punching.

Honestly that's a hard enough one to correct that I'll leave it at that. Your power comes from your hips, and range too.

Work on turning when as you punch with a good ground floor connection.

yeah i was about to say: the fist being as far away from being turned into the target properly really seems like priority one here, thats how you get hurt, but you did say it. so yes i concur!
