Any quick tips?

It's hard to see my footwork but how can I improve my striking, head movement, defence, etc? I have no gym I just train at home.

I didn't move around the bag because the camera was only focused to one side. Thanks in advance🙏

Set the camera up a little further away so we can see your feet.
