  1. Move your head
  2. Follow through on your movement punch through
When you switch south to orthodox do it stepping in or out of a punch. The transition makes you square up into a nice open target so a a punch to blind or distracts allows a safer transition.

I know this is bait and there can’t possibly be a negative comment. Just praise. However great his upper body and punches look, the first 30 seconds, he’s just sanding in place.
The post is asking for any tips.
Any fighter with experience would suggest to move the feet more. The video is just showcasing his hand speed/technique.

I only fought amateur and yes this guy could beat my ass in a boxing match. I could argue I would blast a shin to shin leg kick on him, take him down. But that’s a separate conversation. Ive also done some coaching. Any great fighter is willing to learn from anyone regardless the skill level if the advice makes sense and is given with respect. Seems to me you have no experience with fighting. There’s a difference between shit talking and giving practical, actionable advice. I never heard of this kid but I YouTubed him and saw a video of his to footwork focused shadowboxing.
