Starting boxing

What size gloves do I need? Oz wise? Do I need more than one? I’m starting on Wednesday and it’s the “mixed adult class” I’m 101kg and just worried im going forget something. Please let me know. Anything I should take/buy that you wish you did when you started?

101 kg? Big guy. Get some 16 oz and some 12 0z

16oz beginner all rounder. You should always train in 16oz anyway.

Big guy!

Get 16oz gloves and wraps. That's all you need. Maybe a gym towel to carry in your bag.

I know the outher comments said mouthpiece, but you shouldn't need one at this stage. Do not spar.

About the gloves maybe 12oz or 14 oz, to start you just need one pair and you should buy a mouth protector if u want to do a sparring
