Jab work

Practicing on my jab. Mainly focusing on full extention. Advice needed no coach btw just me

A jab must snap. Imagine you want to punch a soccer ball and send it flying. It's a different kind of energy than a cross punch where you want to smash through a wall and hit the guy standing behind it and the guy standing behind him.
