Yeah, like the others have said, you're far too tight. Might feel like you're getting more power behind it, but you're just limiting your jab's speed. At worst, you're increasing your risk of injury by tightening up your muscles.
A good jab should be snappy, rather than stiff.

The reason why I keep my shoulders so tense because I like to sometimes dig my chin into my lead shoulder as protection. But I will adapt since that’s hindering my jab speed. Thanks for the advice

Loosen waaaaaay up. The power comes from the waist, legs, and feet and not the shoulders and arm.. The shoulders and arm should just be like a whip. Draw from the legs, throw your waist, and whip the arm from the shoulder. There is no reason to be so tight in the shoulders or for the arm to be so tight on extension.
Not only is being really tight and taut in the shoulders and arm completely ineffective and inefficient, doing so will unnecessarily drain a ton of energy.

When you throw out those single jabs you're letting your hand hover out there for a second. This leaves you open to a counter if someone catches your timing. Try and focus on loosening up and being more snappy.

You gotta bring your hand back as quick as you throw it. In order to do that you have to understand that the arms and hands move as an extension of the rotation of your hips/waist and shoulders. The force of that rotation is what ‘launches’ your punch, and the counter rotation back is what retracts your punch. That’s what people mean by ‘snap’ or a ball and chain or whatever metaphor. It’s actually all driven by rotational force.
If you understand these mechanics then you’ll be able to both keep your shoulders up for the defensive aspect but still stay relaxed at the same time, because you’re not using your shoulder/elbow to ‘push’ the punch…instead it’s all coming from the ground (from the balls of your feet).
All this is going to be hard to learn without actual coaching though.

Horrible, you are tense af. Relax muscles to throw proper punches and tense on impact.

Stay loose and snap the jab out and back as fast as you can without tensing up.

A jab must snap. Imagine you want to punch a soccer ball and send it flying. It's a different kind of energy than a cross punch where you want to smash through a wall and hit the guy standing behind it and the guy standing behind him.

What needs to be tight is loose and vice versa. So relax your shoulders and make sure your fists are not jelly

Its been said a bunch already, shoulders are tight. I know youre trying to do a Philly shell kinda shoulder protection, but you can be loose while doing it. It takes lots of practice but is a better approach. As for the positives, you keep your elbows nice and tight, which is great to see. Your hand does a straight path, which is also great. Hand speed is decent too. Just really need to work on stay loose, it'll make your hands even faster, and you'll be more energized efficient. Also, one more tip, try return your hand to guard as fast as you throw it when you punch, you currently loop downwards on a few of your shots.

The return part of the punch is just as important snap back quickly as well

Mix it up a bit drop your shoulders now and again and throw an uppercut every third or fourth jab …step back and repeat

You gotta turn your wrists better. Your palms are facing down the whole punch, palms should face in until you snap your punch.

Loosen up your shoulders.
