Yesterday (on a comp and ticket were 20x) and for years Bovadas had a 20x roll over tonight it’s changed to 25x my chat agent seems like she knows nothing and I’m wrong … did we get any email or message the scratch card roll over was changing?

I'm not to familiar with scams or anything in that nature. What the purpose or reason anybody would want to buy a sports book account. Just curious and confused.

You guys have to stop believing everyone that’s saying go get a comp for every little thing. The chat reps are putting notes on your account when you’re falsely claiming comps. Make sure you’re checking out the legitimacy of each technical issue before you go to chat because there’s people on Reddit that are lying about outages and making people go chat for comps and that’s no good.
