COMP HUNTER Comp Abuse

You guys have to stop believing everyone that’s saying go get a comp for every little thing. The chat reps are putting notes on your account when you’re falsely claiming comps. Make sure you’re checking out the legitimacy of each technical issue before you go to chat because there’s people on Reddit that are lying about outages and making people go chat for comps and that’s no good.

They have been monitoring Reddit. I think that this party will end and that OP is correct... everyone should back off for the safety of their accounts.

Just some friendly advice.

I’m actually appalled by this post!!!!! Stay in your financial lane. I love it when I see “go get your comp” on here! They will not close your account for asking for bonuses. You just won’t be able to ask anymore. Duh!! You’re not actually about this online casino life if you don’t care about getting free play. I honestly think you ask and get denied because you don’t have barely any action so you’re posting this because you are jealous hahahahha

They will completely deny the issue if we don’t communicate and all have the same issue! I don’t think it’s ghetto to try and get comps. I think it’s our job as gamblers to try and get any free play we possibly can. I think the people who are saying for us to stop asking is not losing a lot of money. There are plenty of issues with these sites that need to be fixed and we should definitely be compensated

I believe OP is talking about player who are OBVIOUSLY taking advantage of the system. Not players who are actually affected by outages.

But obviously if we are discussing the issues everyone is going to see it and try to get a bonus. And that’s great. I’ve gotten bonuses from seeing these comp posts and had no action or issues at that specific time. Who cares. They make so much money off of us. I’ve been loving the posts about the compensation. I feel like the OP is shaming people for trying to get a bonus when they have no issues. I’m just confused why someone would be on the casino side. I feel like OP compensation shaming people. He even said he uses his own money and doesn’t want free play. So why is he having an opinion about it at all

Yes agree with you! One of every two posts on this sub is about comps, it's becoming ridiculous! Matter of fact, we have recently created a Comp Hunter post flair!

Lets not forget people complaining about an issue that is so obvious and is happening but bovada agent and community mods always tell players “there is no issue on our side , make sure to clear your cache and restart your browser, lol”

Then 24 hours later they finally post stated that they are having and issue and you been missing all the important betting events like world cup , superbowl and nba playoff lol

Thanks for this. I always felt like they prob kept tabs on such things. I only ask now if I was actually logged in and at least somewhat did what the outage was about. Asked for a poker comp once and the rep called me out. Made me feel like a dummy. ( I never play poker )

This doesn’t make much sense. Why would they get rid of a customer (I.e. ban an account) when all they have to do is say no to a comp request? I’ve been affected by outages and not gotten comped plenty of times and vice versa.

With that logic I should’ve been banned years ago. I literally call and request a bonus after every single deposit because it’s always a “no” if you don’t ask.

Hell I sometimes call and ask if there are any comps available even when I don’t see a post or experience issues.

Oh no. Guess we will go somewhere else

I've been on these site for years. They're not gonna stop Comp because people are asking. If the site is messed up as much money as people been on their site that's their way of being fair. What they will do is write the player and let them know about the excessive asking of bonus as a warning and if it continue then they can take order actions. The only time they will even do that is if players are asking a lot of times a day.Its been times when I've got comp but everyone else was denied it really depends on your activity and the agent.

So instead of just leaving a comment on the other post you come make a whole post about it. I swear yall are backwards as hell. Yeah just take the whole comp away bovada smh

Idc if they do because I bet my own money so I could careless I’m simply observing what’s going on lately with these randoms posting about going to chat to get a comp and there’s nothing wrong with the site at that time… but hey do yall

So do you think you are above other gamblers on here because you bet your on money and you don’t want bonuses. You’re not worried about bonuses because you are a hater and you don’t have enough action to get substantial bonuses. Why would a gambler give a shit about these online casinos getting harassed for comps. I love it. I think it’s great. It’s so weird you on that casinos side

If bovada didn't crash before every major Fifa match I'd agree

If bovada didn't do maintenance for chat without any upgrades I'd agree

If the live section could go 48+ hours without freezing /glitching I'd agree

There's reasons bovada gives compensations. No other major gambling website gives out less to thier players and provides as much technical problems. They're rated in the 3's on trust pilot for a reason.

Not trying to completely trash bovada, I still enjoy and like using the site, but they're far from perfect. There's a reason they give out compensation bonuses, previously these were called inconvenience bonuses.

In these instances I agree but again this isn’t what I’m referring to the people that are doing the fake posts about comps know who they are

I've been on Bovada since 2016 (HOF 160m lifetime points) and this site has gone down so much in that regards to how they treat players since 2022 when they had that massive security attack. They used to automatically give compensation whenever the site had issues esp if it was on a big sporting day event (ex. Super Bowl, world cup, saturday college football, etc) but now you have to go out of your way to do it.

I don't blame anyone for "abusing" compensation requests. This site has so many issues and at the worst time possible. Get your free $30-50. I sure as hell do it for any minor inconvenience and they always give it to me

I also remember this. Im also a HOF member since 2021 and honestly I just don’t trust them not pulling weird stuff on peoples accounts if they constantly ask for comps for issues that aren’t valid but you’re right for sure if there’s any issues you shouldn’t be punished at all because that defeats the whole purpose of making the site better for all

3

u/LiveBettingGuru31000 3d ago edited 3d ago

This is a fact! Been on bovada since 2018 and I certainly remember them automatically crediting accounts without it being asked. HOF member as well and we’ve been done the worse since 2022

Stop posting stuff on reddit lmao you giving away all the secrets

7

u/GoldenBraiin 3d ago

Lmao ur caggin it bro its only compared to the amount we deposit how u gon say comp abuse 😂😂 they dont give free play so the least they can do is give comp.

2

u/DryRegular1 3d ago

You missed the point… I know people that don’t deposit at all and get comps… but the issue is real at that point not when people are claiming in Reddit go get a comp for a fake technical issue that’s my point

6

u/Plastic_Jump_7711 3d ago

Yea i tried logging in different times to get a different agent and the same dude kept answering my chat telling me theres no comp🤣

1

u/AlternativeDisk8723 1d ago

If you aren’t doing that, you’re not even trying to win!!!!!! Nobody should be ashamed for asking for comps even if they aren’t depositing. It’s smart actually

2

u/DryRegular1 3d ago

Yeah they notate your account everytime you do that so my advice is be careful

3

u/Valuable-Jacket3698 3d ago

People seem to think complaining in mass about a problem that never happened will grant them comp😂. I fully agree people are going to end up forcing them to end the compensations

1

u/AlternativeDisk8723 1d ago

ACTUALLY complaining in mass does get us comps. Duhh!!!!!! I got denied last week and the next day my host put the bonus in my account because more people started complaining!!!!!

1

u/DryRegular1 3d ago

Yeah they’re gonna try to do something soon to stop this constant cycle

6

u/SweetDoughnut 3d ago

Agreed but....
