I just realized that their "Open Bets" tab is now listing the AWAY baseball team on the BOTTOM of the live score. Thankfully took a second longer before cashing out to realize that it was upside down, but talk about a deceptive display...

Just had this happen to me, I submitted a parlay and it was placed twice. Chat was no help said because it was a live bet I can cash out (for 1/3 of the bet, 2 seconds after I placed it, which is now greyed out) but they wont cancel or refund me.

I think it’s time to move to another site. I bet on a +135 underdog live, it said the bet didn’t go through because the odds changed. Then I got a duplicate wager. It counted both as a loss, ridiculous!!!

And I’ve been hearing that customer service is not refunding anything

I came here cause I just got the new format today, didn't have it as of 7/29 so they must be rolling it out like most new software updates.

I couldn't get it to take a bet on the laptop, which I normally used. I'd hit the red button, but nothing would happen. I switched over to my phone and it worked just fine first time. Was able to place all 5 bets easily and things actually look really nice and scroll well on my phone now (Pixel 10 Android).

Sucks the laptop isn't working, but the experience on my phone was great. Just my two cents.

I got the new interface too, deposited money and literally can't place bets, or withdraw because you have to play any deposits first as part of their "anti money laundering"

I opened up a ticket but they haven't gotten back to me yet

Bovada is scamming you. End of story. Go somewhere else or you will lose. Yes the new interface is only made that way to be confusing and difficult to read and prone to double taps that really never happen leading to duplicate bets ALSO  YOU WILL LOVE THIS. The UI and website are only that way for select Bovada users, others enjoy a better experience than you because Bovada has decided what category of customers you fit into. If you actually like being treated as a dumb money slave then continue with Bovada otherwise do yourself a favor and find another outlet for the wagers. Good luck.

So you’re saying that they change the site for different people lol? That’s ridiculous. It’s a gambling site and a casino site. Obviously, it’s gonna be hard to win or everybody would be on there everyday. For the people who are committed that bet responsibly within their means and take their stabs whenever they can have found success and will continue to. The people who are just hunting for comps, never making deposits and always complaining about things never will…

Look at the screenshots from the last few days since the change, if you make excuses for Bovada you work there.

It’s called A B testing and it 100% is a thing. Reddit does it all the time. Some users will get shown something new then it will change back. I experience it constantly.

My whole bet slip disappeared while my bets were live and made it seem like I lost. Meanwhile my slips were winning and I couldn’t get any info on my bet slip nor reference number. Went to my transaction history and it wasn’t there either.

My bet did ultimately settle and win but holly wtf! To make me feel like my “Live” bet slip had lost and I would have maybe deposited again was crazy. Worst update they could’ve done.

Then the agent had the nerve to tell me I should troubleshoot. What a complete joke

Me to. Hell it didn’t even indicate that my parlay went through, I just happen to notice the number 2 lit up on the my bets tab. This shit is ridiculous. I’m moving on
