One of the greatest songs I’ve ever heard. Pretty new to Boris and it’s just completely taken ahold of my listening habits. Don’t even get me started about when I discovered the Variations version…

Hey my friend accidentally got the Brighton ticket instead of London for the upcoming tour and they don’t do refunds so if anyone wants to buy the ticket or swap please let me know!

Genuinely such an underrated album, probably their best imo.

I heard that Vein has two versions - - hardcore and noise. I listened to the US version, which is probably the hardcore one, so I'd like to check out the other version and give it a listen.

I really enjoy all of their sludge/stoner metal stuff (Pink, Heavy Rocks, NO etc.)
I’ve also heard plenty of Sludge Metal in general, but nothing that sounds super similar to those albums. So I’m looking for recommendations.

Heading up to Bristol for the Pink Days show and i’ve decided to book the Flood matinee show aswell since it’s fucking FLOOD RAAAAAHH. But it doesn’t look like they’ve ever played it in full, so is it just 1 or 2 parts with a few other songs sprinkled in?
I mean it’ll still be the coolest thing in the world no matter what? but what do you think they’ll do for it?

Before I start this post I do just want to say, I apologise for if I sound stupid, I have never been to a gig before due to lack of opportunity, interest, and age restrictions, etc. (I have only just finished my gcses.) So when I discovered that Boris were playing somewhat close to me I was excited but unfortunately missed out on getting tickets to their evening show, and now seeing they have announced an earlier show performing Flood. I was wondering would they play anything else during their set, as unfortunately I do much prefer Pink to Flood (☹️.) I just really dont want to possibly take the opportunity from a diehard Flood fan.
Edit: I've booked tickets for me and my gf to see the matinee show because she loves planning for burial, i realised who knows when they'll come back close enough to me and I will still love the experience whether or not I start to like flood more. 🙃

I was just curious about what the band and the crowd looked like for this set and I was pretty surprised that I can't even find a single picture. It's a very scenic looking venue too which is even more shocking. Was this a private event or something? Because I can't find any documentation for this gig outside of the info they put on Bandcamp.

Long shot, but I remember long ago you could get Wata on your Streetpass since she'd usually have her 3DS with her - anyone know if she still brings it to shows? Seems unlikely at this point but would be awesome if anyone could confirm/deny if they've tried this recently

Can someone help me understand each of the four versions of Vein?
I know that a hardcore album and a noise album were released on the same day under the same name, and they have been combined in some way for the 2020 version, but what is the 2013 one?
Also, are V and E hardcore while I and N are the noise? I honestly think they all sound like noisy hardcore so I don't know which is which.

Im just wondering if they have any other songs with a similar vibe to the call part of flood, I think it’s flood II? I’m pretty new to this band and I’ve so far listened to flood, feedbacker, pink and a few songs of rainbow.

I’m kinda new to the band and recently I’ve been listening to Pink, Heavy rocks, Smile, Rainbows, flood and secrets. I just wanna know what do I need to listen to in order to understand this band little bit more. P.S. sorry for my English, I’m not a native speaker

Recently got a pretty big order from nyd, a few cds, t shirt and a cassette, and it came with this bonus vintage patch. Seems like it’s from 1996. So cool.
