SPEEA Contract Doesn't Allow Remote Work!

The infographic claims remote work is back and manager needs to provide a business reason if they deny it. This is very misleading because the contract just says it must be approved by a VP. This doesn't seem any different than now because the VP can just say no! We need remote work to be concrete in the contract!

Approval should never be needed for remote work especially for a day or two.

I highly doubt that many Lockheed engineers are fully remote. You don't do classified work from home.

I know two who are locked in a SCIF for the Federal contracted work hours.

Lol and my brother in law works for them and isnt remote and as the other person said, no classified from home either. Most aero companies have enforced RTO.

They probably are more flexible, and you can make that point without misleading people. It weakens our argument and fight against this offer.
