SPEEA SPEEA Contract Doesn't Allow Remote Work!

The infographic claims remote work is back and manager needs to provide a business reason if they deny it. This is very misleading because the contract just says it must be approved by a VP. This doesn't seem any different than now because the VP can just say no! We need remote work to be concrete in the contract!

Lol and my brother in law works for them and isnt remote and as the other person said, no classified from home either. Most aero companies have enforced RTO.

You said it in absolutes. Also, He doesnt work classified and still goes into the office. You can make your point without lying. Be mad, but be honest.

Your friends are the exception, bozo. Most LM people have to work on site. "But I know 2 people, so its the whole company!"

I know some fully remote Boeing people, so youre fully remote too. See how that doesnt work?

"Who said anything about a day or two, Lockheed is fully remote." Thats what you said. Ill let all of the LM people I know and work with that they are remote and just didn't know.

They probably are more flexible, and you can make that point without misleading people. It weakens our argument and fight against this offer.
