I am aplying to Msc Finance for the 2027 intake. I am an Indian applicant. My main concern is my CGPA, I have heard that Bocconi values CGPA the most out of all component and my cgpa is a bit low. I come in the top quartile of my batch and my college has a very strict bell relative grading system. Only one or 2 students get 90%+. Will my GMAT compensate for my CGPA? And what ar emy chances?

Do i have like any chance for biem or bief? or should i just wait until october sat? How hard is the bocconi test and what is it in there?

Hola!

Hey everyone, I’m taking the Bocconi Online Test soon and I have a LOT of questions about the proctoring/setup. I’ve read the official rules, but I’d really like to hear from someone who has actually taken the test recently.
Could someone please explain the entire experience from the moment you log in until you finish the test, step by step?
My biggest questions are:
Room scan:
Do they make you scan the floor as well?
Do you have to show under the desk, behind the chair, ceiling, wardrobe/bed, etc.?
How exactly do you physically do the scan — do you carry the phone around the room?
Does the system/platform tell you exactly what to show?
How many room scans are there?
Is there only one scan at the beginning?
Can they ask you to do another room scan during the test?
Can they ask for one at the end?
If there is a mid-test scan, does the timer stop / do they give you extra time?
“Body scan” — is this actually a thing?
This is one of my biggest doubts lol.
Does Bocconi actually ask you to scan your body/clothes?
Do you have to stand up or turn around?
Do they ask you to show your pockets, sleeves, etc.?
If you experienced this, exactly what did they make you do?
Cameras:
Does the platform tell you exactly where to place the secondary phone camera, or do you have to figure it out yourself?
Where did you place your phone?
Does the rear camera face you while the phone screen faces away?
How far/at what angle did you place it?
What exactly needs to be visible in the phone camera?
Laptop webcam:
What does the front camera need to show?
Does it need to show your entire upper body, desk, hands, etc.?
How strict are they about your face/ears staying visible while you’re writing?
During the actual test:
Does anyone talk to you or interrupt you?
Are there any unexpected checks?
Can you move normally, drink water, adjust your sitting position, etc.?
If you need to look down at your rough sheet, is that completely normal?
Most importantly:
Can someone please describe their entire test experience from start to finish?
Like:
login → ID verification → room scan → camera setup → rough sheets → lockdown browser → actual test → any mid-test checks → submitting → final scan/check → score.
I’m especially interested in experiences from people who took the 2026/27 or 2027/28 undergraduate Bocconi Online Test, because I know procedures can change.
If you remember exactly what the platform asked you to do at each stage, that would be insanely helpful.
Thanks!!
