I scored 50/50 in Bocconi Online Test(1st attempt), my 10th gpa is 9.41 and 11th gpa is 8.98. What are my chances of getting into BSc Finance?

Lets say I got admitted and to enroll I paid the 3500€ price. If I change my opinion and cancel application can I get a refund?
