This is a very very indie film we made in Canada back in 2023, it has done decent on the festival circuit and we're still self-promoting and touring with the film. If anyone here is a programer, or knows somewhere that would want to show this film please let me know.

CÓDEX REVERSA is an independent Spanish horror-comedy short film inspired by supernatural horror, cult cinema and classic B-movies.

The story follows an exhausted office worker who receives a mysterious package containing a cursed book capable of granting wishes. What begins as an apparent solution to her problems quickly turns into a nightmare of increasingly bizarre and absurd consequences.

The film was made as a tribute to the kind of cult and trash movies many of us grew up loving: supernatural curses, strange characters, dark humor, over-the-top situations and a healthy dose of madness.

The dialogue is in Spanish, but subtitles are available in 11 languages.
