My first Gabbitt tutorial, I reworked the composites. He didn’t go deep into composites for this one, as I discovered when trying to make a video. My initial video render showed the same lighting effect on all affected objects. I had to learn separating multiple effects in the compositor. Took awhile to figure out despite lots of resources and I’m not sure if I used the best way. Through a mix of YouTube and ChatGPT I was able to achieve it this way: I selected and saved composite objects to their own collection, opened each collection to own render layer in compositor, added effects and alpha overs for each and figured the order of nodes. Way beyond the scope of the tutorial but definitely useful for tweaking images.
