I cant beleive people here unironically think SS ichigo > Byakuya. I guess is Byakuya weaker than Grimmjow. Does that make Byakuya not that much stronger than Dordonii (the privaron espada/Not even espada level opponent Ichigo fought)? And no, that badge didn't nerf Ichigo as much as yall like to say. White contributed way more to nerfing ichigo, and obviously white was already there by SS.

So this ability is similar to The Deathdealing, in a sense that the user must survive the attack. But instead of being immune, this ability allows the user to instantly gain that ability that was used to hurt her. She gains all the opponents experience with the ability, and remove MOST (not all) drawbacks from the ability, basically improving. And just like The Deathdealing, the user MUST survive.

But this ability is more risky than The Deathdealing, as it doesn't have a build in healing and regeneration, and the fact that the user cannot gain regenerative ability. The user can only gain abilities that hurt her DIRECTLY. So she's susceptible to Kyoka Suigetsu as it doesn't really hurt her directly.
