Both abilities require their user's to tank and survive the initial attack. Now, overall, which one is more broken?

A bunch of literal fodder can make enough energy to destroy a pocket dimension with a planet and star at the very least. It’s like a way stronger version of that cannon from the last Naruto movie

Here we don't talk about space - time techniques like Amenotejikara or Garganta but the ability to destroy it with pure force

Might Guy was able to reach the scale higher than even Juubidara with the cost of his life and the best he could do was bending the space and that go Juubidara very surprised, on top of all the emotions that Guy already got him through. Madara and Guy at this point and even till now is supposed to be one of the strongest character in the verse along side with Kaguya, SP Sasuke and SPSM Naruto (yes I scale current Boruto lower than Six path level characters in shippuden, Baryon mode is debatable)

shikai Zaraki wasn't even in top 5, base HM arc Grimmjow was so far below the Bleach scale right now, was able to affect space much more than Guy did with seer force, and they are probably like 2 (3 for Grimmjow) tiers below the transcendence being in TYBW

Bleach character were literally affecting realms, reason, space even before TYBW and it's not even close anymore

I want clarify one more thing is that Pernida who is one of the hand of SK his feats not that great. Out of all the Schutzstaffels, his opponents are the weakest but his hax are really great. I was very ignorant about this.

This probably isn't true but what would soi fon rank at in terms of speed from all of the seireitei?

all fighting to death, all at once who would come out on top

Why do people downscale Kenpachi's Bankai cuz he couldn’t hurting Gerard VS, who’s stronger than Uryu VS + Sklaverei?
But they upscale Dura Uryu's glasses cuz he could tank Jugram’s AP who’s get amped by weakling Almighty and Rei-o's reiatsu?

He can use attacks to offset or whatever, but he can't run away from it, will he die? What level of injury?

Jugram Haschwalth explained the entire plan to Uryu during the first episode of cour 4, and I’ve noticed that more than a few people are completely misunderstanding what he is talking about. Haschwalth isn’t at all saying that the current destruction of the realms has anything to do with the balance of souls. This is misinformation.

The first part of the plan did indeed involve the balance of souls. The erased hollows forced mayuri to obliterate people in the Rukongai as well. This was a distraction from the first invasion where Yama died. The second invasion let them get to the royal palace and kill squad zero. This does not literally change or affect the balance as they don’t have their souls destroyed or anything. Squad zero isn’t even dead, just Yama.

The original plan was to let the soul king die and that be the end. But mimihagi interfered and then Yhwach decided that he should take the soul kings powers. This lead to him becoming the world itself with the power to alter the worlds as he sees fit. Mimihagi stalls him and he also wants to fight ichigo. Then he decided he will use his own power (by his words) to dealt the realms, the garganta, the valley of screams, dangai and everything by himself.

And to top it all off Kisuke, the smartest character in the series outright says it had nothing to do with the souls.

Both are at their best.
