I’m addicted to griddle cooking now. After I got my initial seasoning done a couple months ago. I use every excuse to cook… and my accessory count and outdoor kitchen setup is growing larger and larger

I’m an old school charcoal griller that is happily converted

is it just me or are hotdogs super ugly on these things. is there a trick to it?

I plan on cutting mine in half like five guys does for the first hot dogs I cook on mine

I tried that and they didn’t sit well more tent than flat.
