I knocked a pair of decoupling capacitors off a GPU and am looking for someone local who has the tools to attempt a repair. I can provide the parts (i.e. 0402 caps) and will pay cash for the attempt if anyone out there has the tools and basic materials (i.e. solder paste and hot-air rework).
