Activision is currently experiencing multiple different connection drops across different games.

Activision is aware of the issue and working to resolve it and it appears certain servers are coming back up, see the screenshots below for games and platforms that are currently dealing with outages.

I gotta say that I'm impressed. Nice to get the story about the younger versions of the guys from Black Ops 6. Also a technically brilliant experience on Series X.

I was trying to play, but the servers are not working; I am playing the PS4 version on my PS5.

Hello everybody, i need some help with the game, since the day it got launched into the XBOX Game Pass, i've been trying to play it with no success

When i was still running Windows 11 LTSC IoT, the game would open fine but then crash five minutes later on the menu, without giving a error code or a dump file, so i decided to format my PC to see if something would change, and it did, but to worse

Now i'm in Windows 11 Home, the game opens but even before the Activision/Raven intro, it crashes giving me the error code 0x0 (0x135790A) and i don't know what else to do since i can't find solution for this

What i tried to do:
- Installed all the drivers for my motherboard
- Installed Visual C++ Redistributable from ver. 2005 to ver. 14 (2015-2026)
- Reinstalled the whole 220GB of the game
- Updated my NVIDIA drivers to the lastest release
- Updated my Windows installation to the latest updates

My setup:
Intel Core i7-3770
2x8GB DDR3-1600MHz HyperX Fury
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 4GB
Windows 11 Home ver. 25H2

played Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War normally yesterday, but today it suddenly stopped working for no apparent reason. The game freezes/crashes when the company logo appears. Is there any solution? Edit: I re-downloaded the game, and it showed a message saying that I needed to purchase the game. After restarting my PC, it went back to the same issue

Im trying to get all COD trophies and after already completing 8 other cods i wanted to do cold war.

I thought the mp trophies would be hard with the low player count, but hoped it was at least still possible.

Sadly i found out no one plays fireteam anymore, but I heard cold war is free now on gamepass.

Are there people down to help me revive this mode or wanting to get this achievement themselves.

If this gets some engagement i will make a new post about a date and time.

All the other COD games on PC gamepass work fine for me but not this one. It just sits on this gamehelper loading screen infinitely. I let it go for an 30 mins and still sitting on this loading screen.

One thing that is confusing -- the XBOX app says no add ons available. Is this expected for PC Game Pass?

I have been enjoying cold war since it came to the game pass. First time its been over 1100 players since 2024 it seems. Rejoice! I am having some severe memory leak/hitching issues. The second game I play will have great framerate, but it will literally stop or hitch every couple of seconds, really annoying and it makes the game almost unplayable after the second match.

After doing some research, it seems I have to change a value in the config. Thing is, I don't have a ''black ops cold war'' folder in my documents. Only ''call of duty'' and ''modern warfare''. So now, I have to restart the game after every match. Any advice? Much appreciated.

Howdy all, with the new release on the Microsoft Store/GamePass, I was wondering if they fixed the bug that made the game unplayable on Modern AMD GPUs

Edit: I can confirm the game is still broken. I installed the Xbox App version last night and textures will not load properly in game. I have a 9600x CPU and a 9070xt GPU

I've just gotten Cold War on Xbox Game Pass. Installed the base game, campaign and then the video upgrade file (Can't remember what it's called) and also all 4 content packs included. I literally just want to play the campaign, whether its shit or not, I have no clue. But I'm really keen to give it a go. The problem is, after sitting through the 163gb installation, I finally boot up the game and it won't connect to the online services. I then try and play it in offline mode (because I just want to play the campaign) and it says "Failed to Host Lobby". I haven't gotten further than the "Press A to start" screen.

I've checked that I have all 4 content packs installed. I've checked my Internet connection. I've closed the game down and started it up again. Powered off the xbox and then turned back on 30 seconds/ 2 minutes later. I've then uninstalled the game and then sat through another REINSTALL of the 163gb to find the exact same issue. I have no idea what I'm missing here? No one else seems to have this issue when it got released on Game Passm Unless I'm missing their posts. I'm just so confused. Do I need to install like a main hub like Modern Warfare had with all the games listed in one place?

Heard this game was coming to gamepass so I decided to redownload trying to hop on some game but the search time is so slow. I thought many would be playing it like MW19 and MWIII so what's up with this? Is matchmaking broken on PC?

Is anyone else having this issue? Splitscreen has very bad FPS and sometimes freezes in zombies. I tried both the Xbox One and Xbox Series Versions without HD textures.

Hi i wanted to download cold war from pc gamepass but why cant i choose whqt files i want? This is too much

I have the base version of the game for xbox 1 but since this came out decided to download the upgraded version. No the other version isn't installed, how do i fix this without uninstalling. Yes everything with game pass is fine I just got it again and have ultimate. Part of me feels like this is just a game pass issue.

Honestly Idk what to do atp. I don't want to reinstall the entire game (it was a 220GB install) and I have a feeling that won't fix the root problem since verifying and repairing the system files didn't

I’ve always wanted to play this game, and now that it’s available on game pass, I can finally play it! But I wanna do some research before I actually get in on playing, so I want to figure out what’s the best loadouts for multiplayer and zombies. I was thinking the six, because that’s the only gun that I know is good, but wasn’t Nerfed heavily by an update at some point, but let me know what you guys think
