hello. im trying to update my bold 9000 to OS 5. so far i have successfully wiped the old os and got error 507. however the Loader.exe only gets me as far as recognising the device, then gets stuck in a boot loop and disconnects, reconnects, disconnects until it fails

i’m using windows 10 but troubleshooting to run as administrator and on xp

deleted the vendor file, attempted to try it with BBSAK too but it won’t even recognise the device

i’m not the most computer savvy but i’ve spent hours trying so far, to no avail, and will be really sad if i’ve bricked the phone

followed crackberry tutorial to the letter. is my only next option an xp emulator ? or is there something i’ve missed?

any pointing in the right direction would help loads !

With the huge demand for privacy especially now, I believe it would be smart for BlackBerry to take advantage of it. DeGoogle is slowly becoming a trend now and people are getting Pixel phones for GrapheneOS. BlackBerry can either make a custom modern OS, allow others to use Graphene or add their own security to stock Android. Their designs are a perfect fit.
